Jury orders blogger to pay $8.4 million to ex-Army colonel she accused of rapeShannon published a second blog post, revealing that she had been contacted by the Army CID to investigate her claims. “I didn’t want to give them a statement,” Shannon said, noting that she did not want to hurt Riggins’s family or put her own family through a trial. But a public shaming was definitely what both him, you and both families needed at the time; in your opinion. Shannon said she didn’t know that Riggins was up for a promotion until the investigators told her. “I had no idea, I don’t… | /r/MensRights | 17/05/18 02:49 PM
Sad this isn't talked about more in mainstream...Google it lol what. Tons of fathers I know, including myself, live it every day. I didn’t downvote you because if ignorance btw. Just look it up it’s fairly easy to see how unfair family courts are especially in the United States. | /r/MensRights | 04/03/18 01:07 AM
Woman murders fiance by sabotaging boat to get $250'000 life insurance, tells police "I wanted him dead" and it "felt good knowing he was going to die" - convicted of "unintentional" negligent homicideDoesn't say whether she'll get convicted or not. From what I've read she plead guilty to criminal negligent homicide. Sentence ranges from months to 4 years. Crediting her with 27 months time served already. Expected to be released before the year's end. | /r/MensRights | 25/07/17 04:01 PM

Karen DeCrow on men's rightsYeah I've spent about $10k so far in court fees dating back to 2016 (over a year) fighting for more than every other weekend. For a child that I saw every day for 5 years until mom got a new boyfriend and wanted nothing to do with me. Other than quitting her job to get more child support. Joint custody is a hilarious term. | /r/MensRights | 04/05/17 01:30 PM

It's called child support.I guess everyone can bring up their own personal anecdote to fit their point. | /r/MensRights | 26/01/17 01:35 AM
It's called child support.Example: mom doesn't need child support but applies and gets it. Dad pays about $1100 a month to mom who lives with her boyfriend, and her and dad's child has their own bedroom bc two parent household. Dad has one bedroom and can't afford to get a bigger place since he essentially paying two rents already (he lives alone unless he has his daughter). Mom buys new car for herself and boyfriend. Mom never needed the extra Grand a month but got it because laws. This is a real world example. | /r/MensRights | 25/01/17 07:46 PM
