It just works. When my parents treat me like a kid and want to force me to do something I tell them I won't do it and don't visit them for some time. So they get the message. I've have worked in a company where some programmers that weren't nerds and were mediocres would talk shit about the ones that were working hard just because they were better. Men can be assholes too, the difference is that they usually aren't as manipulative as women and it's easier to identify the assholes.

That's why I stoped doing nofap. My record was 30 days and I would be pretty horny and sleeping with random women from Tinder. I could not stop thinking about women.
