Quit being such a pussy and buck up. Or get psychiatric help for bipolar or whatever. Billions of humans have lived in worse conditions than you, and you are too sad to go to your music festival?

You sound like a men's health magazine. Good on you if youre happy. When guys talk about sex, they often act like they have great sex all the time, to make themselves feel good, and because they dont want their guy friends to think they are losers. I think we are seeing that in this thread. A lot of guys are giving answers that make it sound like girls are just dying to suck their cock. If you go look on 2X or some womens thread, they arent just dying to suck off their boyfriends. I think TRP ha…

Yeah, I am often too much in my head. People enjoy sex in different ways, maybe you enjoy it more. But as an experienced guy, I've found that you have mindblowing sex like that when you start dating someone, or when hooking up, but in a LTR you have a sex routine, where you can't just do whatever you want, and she's gonna want to get off too, not just bang like a porn star. you only do that with her after a party, or at a wedding, or on vacation, but not all the time And in a LTR sex is more abo…

what did you disagree with? what do you suggest? I am saying that... Getting head doesnt have to be part of a good sex life. If you want head, don't just shove your dick in her mouth or something, try going down on her. That introduces oral into your sex life and she will reciprocate if she is a good lover. She won't think its weird to talk about it, so you can find out if she's into it that way. What would you disagree with?

I dont think its a good idea. You can talk to your friends about this stuff without having a club. And, really, anyone worth listening to has better things to do than go to a meetup with a bunch of guys that want tips on getting girls. Only the losers will show up

I don't think most women really want to suck dicks. I mean, I can relate--I don't want to lick a pussy really. And I don't think it feels as good as actual sex--The girls aren't always good at it (or motivated enough to make it feel good). And only one person is having fun while she does it (usually). If you do want her to suck you off, though, you would probably have to do the same for her if you are in an LTR. You could go down on her during sex, and that might get her going. And she probably …

yeah, it can be frustrating. but I think that you can be yourself and still be respected by other people. you probably want to be successful at what you do, and want to do interesting things. other people think that is cool. so you can live your life focused on what you like and still be liked by others. also, people automatically like you more if you are in shape. if you are not overweight or weak, you will worry a lot less about what others think, because you will be confident.

TV and movies are commercial products that are usually designed to get the most viewers. To that purpose, they either try to tell people what they want to hear (eg the good guy gets the girl, the bad guy gets what he deserves), or try to scare people into tuning in (like the news), or its random silly clowning around. A few movies or shows will try to carve out a niche audience by doing something more intelligent or realistic, but I can't think of many.

That doesnt match my experience. Lots of women in my family and friends are happy. The happier ones live in small communities, have children or grandchildren that live close by, and are active members in their community. They didnt date a bunch of guys, they are mostly religious, they are healthy, and they mostly dont work, although a few of them do.

I am more passionate about the work I do. I think curiosity about science and history are more important for me. I also think the strongest emotion I have ever felt is awe at the majesty of the natural world, like out on a hike through the mountains. Another one: I personally get more out of my friendships and membership in a group than in hooking up or being wealthy. It would suck to have no friends, even if I was rich or getting laid a lot. Someone else mentioned honor, I kinda agree with that…

I completely disagree that the hardness of developing testable hypotheses is connected to the pseudoscientificness of a field. High energy physics is difficult to test, but no one calls it pseudoscience. You seem to be making the same mistake that creationists do when trying to debunk evolution: They claim that the theory of evolution cannot be tested because evolution happens over timespans too long to observe. However, we are able to test the theory by building hypotheses based on what we expe…

I think you are just asserting that evolutionary psych is not testable. I would refer you to some of the amazing new research into the genetic origins of homosexuality for a perfect example of scientific EP in use, answering questions that other methods cannot. Here is one such example. Scientists studying why populations would have gay individuals even though you would expect that trait to be selected against, have found genes associated with likelihood of male homosexuality. They found that ma…

I said it is harder to do evol psych research, i didnt say it was impossible. that is not a contradiction. However, theories can still be tested in EP, which is why it is scientific, and certainly more so than untestable theories that are still pedalled by other psych fields. Research that you can do includes statistically identify genes that are associated with behaviors after controlling for environmental variables, such as some of the studies of homosexuality that indicate that "homosexual ge…

On the other hand, telling teachers to stick to the 17 pg guide about nonbinary gender might limit the teachers' free speech as well. I wonder if free speech was a part of this decision, and if so, how did it go?

These people disagree with your Psych class. OP's article is specifically about how a school system is discrediting the authorities who would say gender and sex are different things. So you cannot argue with them by appealing to authority, you have to go deeper and say why youre Psych 101 class was right

Yeah just like tallness and height arent the same thing. if youre height is only 5ft, society expects you to be short, but you can still stand on a curb or a box, or wear stilts to match the tallness you identify as. Same with smartness and intelligence. Just because you have a low IQ doesnt mean you have to identify as dumb. you can still wear nerd glasses and use big words and talk about, like, smart stuff.

im no expert, but evol psych seems more scientific than all other fields of psych besides, like, neuropsychology. And it seems much more relevant for studying sexuality than other approaches. But I can imagine that falsifiability is harder in evol psych than in other approaches

Man this is right on. I was in a LTR a while back and it took me a long time to work through my pettiness about her sexual history. And I never thought about it, but its true that i really was all upset that i didnt have her first, or have her when she was young, or have her when she was a wild hippie, etc. But the way out for me, like you said, wasnt getting more experience, though that would have helped and has since we broke up. but the real solution is to get rid of the oneitis. if shes a go…

I am sorry I havent expressed myself well: I starting arguing with you because I thought it was shameful for you to talk about the guy in OPs article like he was an idiot for trying to protect others at his own expense. I agree with you that it would be reckless to do what he did if you had little chance of success, but if one does have the ability to stop a violent criminal, and tries to do so, then they should at least be treated with respect. Youre backpedalling. You went from claiming that trying to stop shooters never works to claiming that it will sometimes end in failure. You sound like youre trying to justify your own weakness when you disparage those who try to do something heroic. u/DoofusCPA makes unsubstantiated claim that is easily refuted with a google search, and calls the other guy retarded. The bum rush definitely has worked. It is absurd to say that the girl is not worth protecting because she dated the guy, as though she deserves whats coming. How ironic that you equate hiding for safety with manliness, and trying to stop violence with girlishness. I know that either sex can be brave, reckless, careful, or cowardly, but certainly you cant think that bravery, even if reckless, is not manly? To me red pill means recognizing that men and women have different goals sexually, and that traditional relationship structures are not natural for men and women. This attitude of thinking of women as cumbuckets is pretty lame. For one, its good to have female friends, for getting to know how women think and for wingmanning, and cause women are cool. Lots of women have proven their worth as individuals. I work with a lot of women, and i would be less effective, probably get fired if i hated on t…

So, 16yo. You feel like you have learned the red pill truth about the world? All those girls in your home room are bitches just for you to fuck? You have a habit of telling people to get out of the sub, but I think you could benefit from diversity of opinion. Echo chambers suck

"Cucked" - this word has been appropriated and overloaded by TRP types (and more recently Trump supporters and young conservatives) to an absurd degree. It seems to be used to refer to anything that you think is unmanly. I wouldnt want to unknowingly raise a child that isnt my own, just like any other man. But i hear it used to refer to men in liberal countries, just to mean that women there have more rights than TRPers like. Ive seen it used in this thread to refer to any man who thinks men sho…

She might be called woman without access to contraception, or who fears ostracism from her family/community, or who fears complications related to abortion. I agree a lot of women take advantage of child support laws. But hearing you guys talk about this, it sounds like you guys all have this perverse view of women, that they are the enemy, and yet you want to fuck them without consequence. I dont want to live in a society where guys like you fuck girls without a condom on and then force them to…
/r/TheRedPill05/03/16 01:54 AM

Then who watches the kid? Also, according to the census office, child support is the majority of living income for single moms under poverty level. Keep in mind that a woman that lets this happen is probably not very smart or employable
/r/TheRedPill04/03/16 11:42 PM
1

Yeah, i guess im mostly for it. I worry about men being released from all responsibility, though. How much unprotected sex would you have if you werent worried about the consequences? And it isnt like abortion and birth control are just simple procedures, there are side effects and risks, so to leave contraception totally in the hands of women is pretty shitty
/r/TheRedPill04/03/16 11:40 PM
2

You are buying the TRP spin that every single mom is a Jerry Springer guest, which isnt true.
/r/TheRedPill04/03/16 10:22 PM

True. But lets find a solution that doesnt put the mom and kid on welfare
/r/TheRedPill04/03/16 10:21 PM

So no child support for any child? You gotta bear in mind that on TRP, youre getting forcefed only the bad examples. None of the dads on here are telling the story of how they were asshole dads, and their kid was kept off welfare only bc court made them pay
/r/TheRedPill04/03/16 10:18 PM

Oh my god you sound like a school shooter before the rampage. What world did you grow up in that you were reviled and mistreated by women. I have met very few women that werent more polite than men, and approachable. Do you never get dates? Wtf?

/r/TheRedPill04/03/16 10:12 PM

Yeah call those people assholes, then forget to explain why they are wrong.
/r/TheRedPill04/03/16 10:05 PM

Ahh, the Medieval option. A woman who gets pregnant becomes a whore, the kid becomes a criminal, and you dont get ANY ass until marriage because most women dont take any chances, so you go to whorehouse and get chlamydia. Women who do get pregnant dump their babies in the forest and join a nunnery
/r/TheRedPill04/03/16 10:02 PM
1

Never for the child? What world do you live in? Look for facts outside of TRP and tabloids. Stars are not the typical example. Most of the time it is for a poor mom who cant work and take care of kid at the same time. You got a better solution that doesnt involve welfare, share
/r/TheRedPill04/03/16 09:57 PM
3

Best for the kid is having food, clothing, shelter. How you gonna pay for that? If mom works to get the money, then no one is watching the kid. If the state pays, it costs more money, though better than the kid going to an orphanage. Dad pays is the best option.
