Exactly, growing up they never let me get a side job on the summer! I remember one summer I was determined to get a job, you know what they did ? they gave me money and an XBOX and told me to just stay at home and shut the fuck up, i spent all of that summer playing video games, and by the end of it I turned fat, if it wasn't for my friends making fun of my weight calling me a fat ass i'd still be fat to this day! It's not unpaid it's underpaid, however once i prove myself they will offer me a full time contract which could be a month from now if I'm lucky, plus they are willing to teach me a new technology that i know nothing about! That's like going to school and getting paid for it not the opposite!

Wow you got an internship after only 6 months that's very impressive, currently programming 10hours a day, and i don't spend money, i don't mind living like a shut-in for the time being it's going to pay off eventually!. I already have a vocational 2 years degree in programming, i was just a bastard when i decided to chase a career in life coaching instead of programming back in 2014, i have an interview today for an internship position hope it goes well. See what you're good at, get your master's degree, sharpen some skills that the worlds needs and start your career as soon as possible, when i was your age i would always put off things thinking i'm still young and i can do it later, i could have graduated by 23/24 had i didn't follow the school is a scam advice. You can always follow your passion on your free time.
