That is too much for me, but really have thought about disappearing, but I love my kids. they are all I have. As horrible as it sounds, I am just hoping she screws up soon.

Thank you i appreciate the understanding. It really makes me sad and angry that this happens. Everytime I thought this cant happen it did. I dont know if I had a bad lawyer or what but he was what I could afford (with family help) All logic went out the window! No priors for me, a college grad that had a good job, but they give my son to a drug addict. I hope she does not have a relapse, because there isnt any follow up to her sobriety, which I also am shocked at.

Have a lawyer. Prosecutor got her indictment for child endangerment because my son saw (what never happened) They wanted me to plead guilty or go to court in maybe a year or so. For 4 months the prosecutor would not budge then they decided that I didnt have to plead guilty and if I take PTI offer of probation and Program I could not go to court or jail and possibly get my job back. No the police asked me to take them both to her parents. Child service showed up 2 days later due to her DUI and her eyelid was swollen. The rest was their plot to get the man. she went to police with child services worker and Police took a pic and filed criminal and TRO. NEVER Trust them.
