I dont know if I had a bad lawyer or what but he was what I could afford (with family help) All logic went out the window! No priors for me, a college grad that had a good job, but they give my son to a drug addict. Prosecutor got her indictment for child endangerment because my son saw (what never happened) They wanted me to plead guilty or go to court in maybe a year or so. For 4 months the prosecutor would not budge then they decided that I didnt have to plead guilty and if I take PTI offer of probation and Program I could not go to court or jail and possibly get my job back.
