As an engineering student paying my way through college, I can't say I have a ton of experience dating with lots of money haha. I think generally letting girls know that you're stable and well off is all that's necessary. If you're buying them tons of expensive stuff, and taking them on lots of fancy dates, then that's no fun. You want a best friend in your life partner as well. You don't want to buy them. (unless you do)

Pick a girl up in your expensive car. Talk about your work. Most people know that physicians earn a lot. It's a pretty normal conversation topic too. Beyond that? Not much you can do without coming across as a pretty big jerk. But just those things should let (I'm assuming) the girl know you're comfortable financially.
