Cold approach is a poor ROI strategy unless you are quite good looking. I have tested it extensively , got some results, but wasted a ton of time getting numbers from uninterested women. Men have to invest in groups.

I healed myself of CFS. Before I couldn’t wash the dishes after making a meal. Now I can do 20 chin-ups on a good set. If you ever want to chat or trade notes, message me.

yeah. the very essence of the game is learning to talk to a woman in a way that makes it clear that you want to fuck her, but doing it in a way that is charming, exciting and non-threatening (disarming)... all at once. You cannot talk to them like you would a dude by being friendly, polite and quickly establishing common interests. Just can say "You're Sexy" and she'll know you mean business.

Way smaller: chat up 20 different elderly / fat middle aged ladies in the supermarket checkout line or at the park. Soon you’ll realize that chatting up an HB 7 isn’t all that different - except you subconsciously assign the hot ones some kind of intense “on a pedestal” status that isn’t deserved or necessary. You will learn that (99.9% of the time) worst thing that can possibly happen is the woman will be curt or unfriendly - and if then, so what? Doesn’t matter cuz the next one is right around…

Horrible idea to get hooked on benzodiazepines. Better to fix your lifestyle, schedule and environment to allow for optimal sleep

I go to bed by 9:30 and up by 5:30am... that is my natural rhythm my biological life clock thrives on away from the influence or lights, screens and modern urban social life. If you are really serious about fixing your sleep I recommend Selfhacked's Biohacking Insomnia book. In it he discusses circadian rhythm entrainment in deal. Also discusses the potent melatonin receptor drug called agomelatine.

What tine do you work out? Exercise after 5 pm is a bad idea (no matter if everyone else does it, just like drinking Pepsi) ... it tells your circadian rhythm it's day and programs you to stay awake. I work out at 5:30 or 6am and that works great. If I lift or cardio after work I can't sleep.

Yes I've recovered from severe Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome. Re: Insomnia. Short answer: drugs or supplements generally won't give you good quality sleep. They are just bandaids. You have to restore and keep a circadian rhythm. For me this means blocking out light, turning off screens and going to bed early (no later than 10pm) - 7 nights a week, 365 days a year. Weekends and holidays and all non-emergency instances. Other people can get by going out and partying late but their circadian rhythm isn'…

Yes it does, I only typically get girls 5 years younger and up... some exceptions. Most American women, when given limitless photos with ages next to them to select...are choosy about men being close to their age.

My bad genes include homogyzoys mutation of: MTHFR c677t, MAO R297R, MTRR A66G. That means I got a bad copy of these key methylation genes from both parents. You can get your genetic data tested at 23andne.com I'm not kidding when I say I was an ectomorph who was predisposed to high anxiety (which means high cortisol which breaks down muscle tissue) and I had to do significant and specialized nutritional testing and supplementing before I could make gainz

There are "bad genes". My dad and grandfather were toothpick-arm ectomorphs. In addition I have a genetic dysfunction (methylation problem) that causes low levels of creatine to be made and pre-disposed to chronic stress. I have had to work extremely hard to fix my neurochemical imbalances that cause stress, take supplements (Waxy Maize for bulking), eat perfect (weighing food and checking macros on a app)to finally get it dialed in and make gainz. I tried and failed several times before. It's h…

If you are constantly stressed (high cortisol) it will be impossible to build and keep muscle. If you don't eat properly (and a little) it's hard too. I didn't get my OCD and stress dialed down till age 39 and finally I am making gains that women notice. In the past week I've shaken hands with our hugged two women and they went out of their way to feel my bicep up

About five years ago I saw an OKC profile with no text, just a few selfies of a HB6. I was like "Who does this chick think she is? She's hardly some model. No one is going to bother contacting her if she can't bother filling out a few basic bits of information about herself!" LOL. She knew what was up, I was the one who didn't.

My first week in the gym I tweaked my wrist trying to test out my bench press 1RM. It set my progress back almost 1 year. Starting with a trainer would've been better!

women don't use OKC anymore. It's a shame as it was better for men by a long shot. Back in 2009 it was loaded with semi-decent, approachable women you could send a thoughtful message to and set up a date with. Now it's just a few fat chicks with blue hair & noserings... and very little activity. Dating Apps killed dating "sites."

I am a 6'1" man who eats a perfect diet and lifts regularly for 1.5 years now. I'm neither huge or ripped... but I am certainly above the average for men my age (40). Apparently you have to be top 10% to get matched with younger (than you - meaning 30s) women of a similar body type (slim, healthy eaters). It's very frustrating to get matched with fat, older, darker women who are entitled and ghosty.

That's because adult human love is conditional. If a woman treats you like trash you can and should leave her. If you get angry and beat her up she should leave you. You have to earn and then keep human live. Only small children deserve unconditional love. That's why people who are on the emotional level of children are so fond of dogs and think they're better than people.

On the apps the dynamic is hypergamous and toxic. The only way around it is to develop a social circle or cool activity that attracts women. I was at the beach yesterday and I saw a young guy walking on a slackline (tight-rope tied between two trees). He had good balance and a number of passerbys, including myself, came up to watch and hang out. He told me "what's so great about this hobby is I don't even have to go up and hit on chicks, they just come to me." Another good hobby to attract and p…

Dude the pacific NW women are definitely slimmer than average, not disgusting, even into middle age. I lived there and in Colorado too - there slim was the norm. Now I'm in Florida and the 40s - 50s bracket heavily populated with plump & unhealthy sea cows. The few slim ones stand out and get tons of attention. I was recently at a local meeting, an entire room full of people all age 40 and up... and every woman there was fat & dumpy except for one.

125 matches in 3 days? Congrats! you must be very good looking. I am tall, fit and 40 but have quite average facial aesthetics - I got more like 5 matches in first 3 days. Could get a few more if I swiped on low quality chicks I don't want to date - but I only swipe right on nonfat women who don't emphasize kids or pets as a central theme of their profile.

Great insights, DesconocidoUK. Especially the insight about feminism not conditioning women to accept Beta men as sexual partners, they way men were conditions to accept Alpha breadwinner women. What a fucked up situation - at least I'm learning how to deal with it.

Side note: in Japan, "how much is your salary?" (kuryo ikura?) is an extremely common and acceptable question for a woman to ask a man she met 2 minutes prior at a party. It's not culturally considered rude, it's just a natural follow up after "What do you do?" You don't have to answer it with a literal numerical figure if you don't want to, you can just say: "not bad" or something, but if it's nothing to be ashamed of it's quite common for people to say: 400,000/yem (per month).

This is a great in depth guide to a simple principle of low emotional investment. As I improve my SMV more women become naturally interested. I am now getting a taste of abundance: meeting multiple new women on the semi/regular... instead of one every once in a while. I spent a year in India and never hooked up with an Indian woman. Admittedly I was wearing backpacker clothes and not coming across stylish or wealthy... but in that culture there is not much Western style dating or hooking up done out in the open. This was before Tinder and even online dating was a thing there... so I don't know if things have changed.

yes, I've been there. I went in my early 20s and had a very basic level of game, but it was easy enough to hook up with Japanese and European backpacker / tourist chicks who swarm the place looking for a good time before they head back to reality on Monday. Did not really get intoThai chicks but in retrospect I wish I'd have made the effort while the pickings were easy.

Long time beta, first time caller. You can learn become a lot more alpha-like to the point that it makes a perceptible difference in how women treat you. I have taken the red pill and hit the gym for about a year now, and in that time I've approached well over 100 girls. From doing this you gain confidence, experience and an abundance mentality. Unless you eat an impressively well-balanced diet... it's pretty easy to not get enough B vitamins. And the "real life" B-vitamin needs of many people in the stressful modern world are far higher than the government RDA (recommended daily allowance). For instance, alcohol can deplete B1. B2 is mainly found in dairy products, not everyone eats enough. Some people with anxiety or low energy issues are running low in B3. B6 is important to make serotonin and dopamine, and there's only a few foods (…

Staying up late and sleeping in late scrambles the circadian rhythm, the body's biological clock that has been programmed for millions of years to sync with sunrise and sunset. It has profound effects on hormones (testosterone), mood, digestion, etc. The night owl lifestyle has only been widespread for 100 years or so... since electric lighting and screens were invented.
