8	Feminist privilege. This is a good argument. It's so difficult because we are talking about the interests of parenthood and a person's body. The laws look at it with respect to the biological sense that we all have the right to our bodies before anything else. But it distinctly tramples on the rights of a parent. Ok... can you at least give me a stat on how many fathers out there: have sex with a woman they want to have kids with, and somehow the woman keeps the child and doesn't tell the father, and the father sees none of the warning signs of childbirth (belly, food cravings, etc.), and seriously wants to raise a kid by himself... I would have always assumed a parent would be given rights to raise a child long before an adoption would be accepted but perhaps you can shed some more light on this?
