There also has to be the will to stay in this, but you are making that point in your post anyway. Have you read anything by Nietzsche by the way? (I'm just curious.) His books are all free on the internets. I just read left and right that what he writes is depressive and nihilistic but my impression was really quite positive. He was not against Christianity (that is the simplified popular belief), he was just raised too good a Christian: "In me the stern intellectual conscience that Christianity fosters turns against Christianity. I clicked the link to your blog, you mention somewhere over there the ORC and fravia stuff which I am glad still lives somewhere on the internet.
