2	Police say Venus Williams was "at fault" in a car crash where a passenger in the other car died. She was not charged with anything or even cited with a traffic violation. I recently was in an accident where I rear-ended someone at a stoplight. The police officer who gave me the citation told me that according to state law he HAD to issue a citation to the party he deemed most at fault if the damages from the accident exceeded a certain amount. I would imagine this state has a similar statute. 1	Woman gets rejected for a job because she wore a t-shirt and was late, complains that it's sexism 99% of the time I would agree. The other 1% would be circumstances outside of their control such as a massive accident causing a huge traffic jam throughout the city or some kind of natural disaster. However during that 1% the applicant should still explain the situation.
