1	Can a sensitive guy become less sensitive? Another thing you might try: after a event that leaves you feeling something or seems significant (first contact especially) sit down and write out a play by play description. Unpack the events and how you felt about them on paper. Don't bs yourself. This will create some critical distance which will give some insight.
