Yeah honestly lol, that sub is usually a cesspool of misanthropy but she’s not really saying anything I disagree with.

It’s just another wedge to keep working people divided

This was my first thought as well, are all of these women virgins? Cus this is not an uncommon issue and there is an easy remedy.

I've only heard snippets from the guy but yeahhh, dude hates women. I'm glad that some one is teaching our young men some self respect but I'd prefer it be someone a little more egalitarian.

Breh.. If you hate women you ain't ever gonna get any action. Not saying shit ain't wack right now, but women are just like us, comprised of individuals. not everyone is an asshole. People just need to be careful who we let into our lives.

Every one of those with maybe the exception to Ghandi? Was aided by violence; black panthers, suffragette bombings, and can you really include the French revolution when referencing peacefull protest?
/r/MensRights25/06/22 02:34 AM

Lol protesting has never and will never change anything, just look at BLM. A few months of virtue signalling then back to business as usual.
/r/MensRights25/06/22 02:22 AM

Like it or not, we're stuck with a conservative supreme court for the foreseeable future, and these are the kind of people that have champagne parties while we protest. So forgive me for feeling apathetic towards an issue that doesn't directly effect me.

The problem is, no one seems to give a shit about problems that exclusively affect men. Not that I agree with overturning roe vs wade, but if it helps shed some light on inequalities then I can atleast find the silver linings.

Just a drop in the bucket at this point.

May not solve the problems but it certainly helps bring awareness to them. Empathy is hard for most people, they just won't understand until it effects them.

And 52% of the electorate are women. Maybe we should stop voting for these dick heads

We both know you're being intentionally inflammatory to provoke a response. I don't have the time or energy to try and help you be a better person.

That's how I had it originally, autocorrect changed it on me and I just assumed I was wrong lol

Tell me you're a bigot without telling me you're a bigot. Take your mysandrist attitude somewhere else.

Feminism isn't about seeking equality though, egalitarians seek equality, I consider myself an egalitarian. Feminist seek equity, all the privileges with none of the responsibilities. Honestly if that was my only qualm with feminism, I wouldn't consider them as bigots, but the reality is femism has morphed into a supremacy movement. When terms like kill all men and toxic masculinity have become common place within the movement, it becomes hard to recognise them as anything but bigots. When femin…

So now you agree gender discrimination happens to men too. But it's mens fault? Jfc you people are dispicable.
/r/MensRights10/03/22 03:43 AM

I suppose it's easy to ignore the gender discrimination of the justice system when you've never had to experience it first hand. Or conscription, or workplace fatalities, or the lack of social safety nets. I suppose if we disregard all these things you might have a point.
/r/MensRights10/03/22 03:27 AM

Tell that to Ukrainian males aged 18-60, or any man that's ever been unwillingly conscripted to war you fucking trogladite
/r/MensRights10/03/22 03:16 AM

Why is anti-feminist sentiment automatically linked to mysogony? I like women but i don't like bigots. The two are not the same.
/r/MensRights10/03/22 03:10 AM
2

And then you provide justification and validity any time a feminist labels mens rights advocates as mysoginist
/r/MensRights28/01/22 12:17 AM

What makes you think we don't like women? I don't like bigots. I want good things for the women in my life and women in general. I rarely see anti women sentiments in here, but people like you tend to think anti feminism is anti women, which it certainly is not. I and many others in this sub just want to be viewed legally and socially as an equal to our female peers.
/r/MensRights27/01/22 01:36 AM

The core tenet in all forms of feminism is the belief in the patriarchy which is inherently an anti-male belief. If you are American, we live in an oligarchy. The patriarchy is a fabrication that only serves to divide and distract.
/r/MensRights27/01/22 01:28 AM

Fighting hate with hate will only exasperate the issues we face. We need to be better than the bigots fighting for supremacy if we want equality. When you treat equality like a pendulum it will inevitably swing back the other direction.

Or you know. You could work out at home?
/r/MensRights27/01/22 01:06 AM

If you're in public. People are allowed to speak to you. Stop being an ass hole, if you want solitude. Stay home.

Your reasoning is flawed. If men aren't allowed in a space because you 'feel' like they are in general predatory, you are in fact viewing them as lesser than women. 90% of MRA ideology revolves around the double standards put on men by people like you. Stop being part of the problem. If you reverse the sexes or substitute men for x race and it seems sexist/racist, then maybe rethink your stance.
/r/MensRights27/01/22 12:49 AM

Men disown abusive men all The time, the fuck you on about? white knights are everywhere. rarely Will you see men coming to the defense of a predator. Women on the other hand will consistently defend abhorrent behavior performed by other women.

As if the elite have anything in common with working people. Their reality is not our reality
/r/MensRights31/12/21 05:32 AM

modern Day feminism is a supremacy movement disguised as a movement for equality. There are plenty of in depth explanations on the subject in this sub if you care to dig. If you believe in true equality amongst the sexes you should identify yourself as a egalitarian.

In reality if a man hits back in a domestic altercation, he’s fucked. Just walk away boys, your lively hood is not worth hitting a woman, as justified as it may be.

It’s not propaganda that made me lose respect for boomers. It’s the seemingly blanket entitlement and contempt they have for younger generations that has soured my opinion of our “elders”.

I laughed irl at the lack of self awareness

You can try to bridge the divide and try to make things better or we can all just push our heads further into the sand and see where that gets us.
/r/MensRights01/08/21 04:53 PM

And you are in a place where you are welcome to that opinion. Isn't it great?
/r/MensRights01/08/21 04:47 PM

Do you want to lower yourself to the level of other bigots? I think we’re better than that here. Open discussion allows for growth. Who knows, maybe you can change some ones perception if you allow yourself to have an open discussion with them.
/r/MensRights01/08/21 04:35 PM

you’re right. I was thinking of red pill subs and the like, which I really shouldn’t associate with MRAs

I'd prefer it if this particular sub not become just another echo chamber. It is refreshing to find a mra sub that allows for dissenting opinions.

We're all individuals, you can't just assume some one can't be reached just because others cant.

Jesus man, never said it was on the same level. I don't take social media shit personally, you shouldn't either. I can just recognize that hate begets hate, would prefer it if progressive movements not push people into the opposition.

Directing hateful dogma and bigoted rhetoric towards white men has become normalized and found to be socially acceptable. While we may not face the same kind of institutional racism directed at black men, we do experience racism on the daily.

If you don't want a dildo in ur ass just say No? I'm not sure how this has become an issue. If ur SO doesn't respect your boundaries that person isn't worth your time to begin with.

Literally everything is wrong here. Atleast mra allows for dissenting opinions, I would be banned in TwoX simply for subbing here. And to you're latter sentence, I'd argue that is exclusively the kind of posts from TwoX that make it to the front page.
/r/MensRights16/07/21 12:30 PM

Why are you trying to minimize mens issues as if by the mere fact of men being disadvantaged in large parts of society, that women cannot be disadvantaged in others? Why does equality have to be a zero sum game?
/r/MensRights16/07/21 05:12 AM

"This is why I think these sorts of subreddits are terrible, they're just echo chambers for men playing the victim and listing only the ways in which women have some sort of advantage while ignoring instances of the inverse being true." Coming from an active member of TwoX, the lack of self awareness is astounding.
/r/MensRights16/07/21 04:59 AM

Can't very well talk about these issues in TwoX now can we?

Truth, straight dudes aren't allowed to have feelings. Any gay or bisexual guys in here ever have these kind of issues with other dudes?

How does that effect the average working person?
/r/MensRights08/07/21 01:25 AM

Jesus man, we don't like it when women generalize all of us as violent predators. Let's not do the same, you're better than that.

It's unfortunate we live in an age where your only two options are lube or no lube. Either way we're getting fucked.

Seems we agree to disagree. People looking too deep is a part of the problem. Not everyone needs to cater to your sensibities, I speak to and treat people the way I want to be treated. Life's easier when you don't take everything personally.

Trust me I feel the same way when I see a lot of posts from fds and the like on the front page. Just gotta recognize that this is a small subset of angry people that let a lense of hate shape the way they view the world. Don't let that shit bother you, it's not worth your happiness.
/r/MensRights04/07/21 05:54 PM

Talking about mens issues in a sub for mens issues? Can't very well express our thoughts about it on twoX
/r/MensRights04/07/21 05:48 PM

Bitterness is repaid more often than kindness, best thing I can say is be the change you want to see in the world, fight hate with love. You won't change anyone's heart by attacking them.
/r/MensRights04/07/21 05:45 PM

Well today you learned that the English language can be more nuanced than that. If I'm helping someone at work with a task, that does not imply the task is their sole responsibility and I'm doing them a favor. If there is a task that requires two people to complete, they will have to help eachother to get it done.
/r/MensRights04/07/21 05:34 PM

You're literally gas lighting us right now. This dude articulated pretty accurately a relationship dynamic a lot of us have experienced and it seems like you are feeling personally attacked by it.
/r/MensRights04/07/21 05:28 PM

I assume a lot of these men are speaking from anecdotal experience. It's an easy trap to fall into when you are speaking from a small sample size, not surprising how many people fall into it. Shouldn't fault people for raising awareness for an issue, but I do agree we shouldn't generalize an entire gender.
/r/MensRights04/07/21 05:09 PM

If you don't live alone, you "help" with chores. I'm not sure I understand how that word implies anything but universal responsibility

"In many states we no longer have rights to abortion" hmm.. well in every state men have no reproductive rights at all. Sooo, why should we care?
