Again, outliers aren’t representative. There are probably a ton of guys in their 20s that want to get with Angelina Jolie who is in her 40s, but she’s the exception not the rule. The vast majority of people in their early 20s don’t want people 40+. It makes no sense to bring up the top 1% of rich and attractive people that are the exception.

It’s funny that you had to point out an extremely attractive celebrity. Do you think most men are as attractive momoa? Probably like the top 1%.

Shallow is synonymous with superficial. If both are superficial, why does it matter the quantity of people that meet your superficial standard? That would be a different argument.

Exactly, for example the theater kids at my high school were all having sex with each other. Common interests/ subcultures really help when finding a partner.

This has never, in my life, crossed my mind. How is someone born hot? Every attractive person I know puts some enough into their looks.

Someone on YouTube called it the male astrology and I completely agree. There’s always a shred of truth, but overall it’s all self-fulfilling.

For the study, women only said a few men were hot or that they would only date the hot guys? Also, your second makes sense. There may be a correlation between how attractive someone is and how many dates they go on.

I have never heard that women don’t prefer attractive men. Everyone is shallow, especially in dating. Perhaps men are more shallow I don’t know. How is honesty the difference? Did you not know that women and men prefer attractive people to date?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/21 06:16 AM

I think it’s pretty widely known that women value looks as well. If I’m looking for a partner, I would mutual attraction would be assumed in my search. Things intelligence might be a preference.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/21 06:09 AM

I don’t see how that would be bsing someone. Most people want someone their attracted to and a host of other complementary characteristics.

Wearing better clothes doesn’t mean wear expensive clothes. If means get a style, go to Pinterest look at well dressed men. Observe what you believe looks good and determine if you can rock a similar aesthetic. Then, incorporate those items into your personal style.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/21 07:51 PM

It works both ways. I just think there are many groups of thought. The women that are saying things like height don’t matter usually aren’t the same women that have “6’ only” in dating profiles.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/21 02:05 AM
1

Or maybe women aren’t a monolith. There are some men that just want a girl with a big butt, but there are also many men that look past that. Men also aren’t monolithic.

So can men. Other men do exist. Friendship are possible.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/20 08:51 PM
3

Is it? From the evidence you presented, it’s also possible that every woman that died due to abuse was apart of the 50.3% of relationships where abuse wasn’t reciprocal. You haven’t provided any information that states that your view is correct.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/20 11:38 AM

That’s not what you said though. That study didn’t say that most women that died from abuse were abusive.

/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/20 01:03 AM

There are men in the comments that are refuting all of those points. So it isn’t easy to admit.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/20 01:02 AM
2

Can you give some evidence of that?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/20 12:58 AM
1

The majority of men are in relationships. Are all men in relationships “chad”? No. That means average men do have a chance. Again, nothing I say will change your narrative so I’m going to do to bed.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/20 06:01 AM
1

It’s pretty easy to understand relationship dynamics when you’re not apart of the relationship? It seems like you decided on a narrative and construct theories to fit.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/20 05:56 AM
1

So you know many average men, but not in a romantic setting and yet you know for sure how they treat romantic partners in comparison to “Chad”?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/20 05:54 AM
1

I have dated average men. Have you?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/20 05:51 AM
1

It’s not based on logic. It’s based on your opinion and experiences. My experiences have taught me that there are handsome, ugly, and average men that horrible and some are great. People are people.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/20 05:50 AM
0

So what your saying is only anecdotal? Then, there’s no reason to talk to you about this. You’ve lived one experience, I’ve lived a different one. Neither of us have concrete evidence .
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/20 05:45 AM
1

Where are you getting this from? That average guys treat women better and are more appreciative?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/20 05:40 AM
3

Even if “chad” gets away with it doesn’t mean that average or ugly men treat women well. I know it’s a surprise but ugly mean are also abusers, cheaters, liars and manipulators. Being ugly or average doesn’t make you a good person.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/20 05:35 AM
1

Average and ugly guys treat women like crap just as much as “chad”
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/20 05:27 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/20 01:25 PM

Is that even included if you’ve only exchanged numbers and never replied to a text... or is it after you’ve gone on a date...what level of interaction do you have to be at to ghost?

What changes in your vetting process from when you are going on dates with people to when you’re exclusive?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/11/20 03:28 AM
1

If you’re looking for something serious become exclusive? If you change your mind, break up. Again, this isn’t that difficult. What you’re saying is that while you’re deciding whether to date someone they should sit there waiting. If you want a relationship get into a relationship. You’re right people don’t get exclusive after the first date. So why wouldn’t that person be going on many first dates to see who they like? I just think you’re logic here is flawed. If you know you like someone what …
/r/PurplePillDebate11/11/20 01:52 AM
1

You can’t have it both ways. Either you want to be exclusive and date each other or you want to be single. You’re holding people hostage and you don’t want to commit. You don’t have an exclusive ration. If you both want to be exclusive be exclusive. If you don’t like the person after you’re exclusive break up. This isn’t marriage.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/11/20 01:24 AM
1

It isn’t on the side though. You aren’t together. You basically went on a few dates with someone. If y’all want to be exclusive, be exclusive.

We’ll have to agree to disagree
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/20 03:58 PM

If the majority of women don’t have an hourglass figure then the use of the word “should” is used incorrectly.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/20 03:48 PM
0

Then why did you say women should have an hourglass figure at 20-25% bf?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/20 03:22 PM
1

Some doesn’t achieve an hourglass figure just by virtue of their bf %. There body type determines whether they can have an hourglass figure. Some women have an athletic, boyish figure meaning that the ratio between their breast, waist, and hips is small. Some women are pear shaped meaning that they will always carry more weight in their hips and have a narrower upper frame. Hope that helps! A lot of bodybuilding websites will explain the difference in more detail.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/20 02:57 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/20 12:00 AM

Not at 18-22. Most guys are in college and working part time somewhere.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/20 11:49 PM
2

I don’t think I’m projecting at all. If a woman wrote an essay on finding a male partner and said that some men have no relationship experience and then includes that the difficulty that men have with loneliness is just “them making a drama and exaggeration” that too would be condescending to people who face those issues. That’s my opinion, but you’re allowed to view things however you want.
/r/seduction05/09/20 06:24 AM
3

I don’t think he/she said op should forget his problems and focus on the woman’s, but the sentence that was pointed out was condescending and mocking.
/r/seduction05/09/20 03:54 AM

Personally, I think it’s fine. A 40 year old with an 18 year old is creepy and weird to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/20 10:52 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 05:48 AM

I really doubt there are many guys out of the loop that looks matter. I was told as a kid “I could be anything I wanted when I grew up.” I believed that as a child, but experience has taught me that’s not true. Men that have lived 20-30 years have to realize that while looks are not the only thing that matters, it matters quite a bit.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 05:32 AM
0

I’m not the one complaining; thus, which accountability should I take. I’m perfectly happy with my boyfriend. You’re the one that seems to be having trouble. I just don’t understand why you take some accountability instead of complain. People here seem to think men take accountability, but I haven’t seen it.🤷🏼‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 05:28 AM
1

Take accountability. If you don’t like your current results, maybe you should date someone that “repulses you.”
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 05:23 AM
2

Ok. Well, in my experience that has diminished so that should good.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 05:22 AM
1

I’m 22 so I’m quite a bit younger. So your problem is that you don’t like that women told looks don’t matter?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 05:03 AM
3

For some people that can build attraction to someone based off of personality. Others cannot. Neither is wrong in my opinion. Also, I’ve never in my everyday life heard a woman or man say looks don’t matter.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 04:55 AM
6

It’s that for everyone? If I’m not attracted to you I’m not going to date or sleep with you.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 04:31 AM
6

For all the accountability that men talk about here you would think that if approaching women is affecting you to that extent you would take accountability and stop or seek a better way.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 04:27 AM

Being curvy is different than being obese. 41% of women in the USA are obese, which most men find unattractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 08:32 PM

A you have a feature that most women consider to a large flaw. Try to date women that have a feature that most men would consider a large flaw.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 08:21 PM

Don’t men prefer skinny/fit and thus exclude the majority of women?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 08:07 PM
5

The fact that you think berating someone that doesn’t want you is acceptable is why I don’t think any woman should date or be around you. It’s childish to name call and degrade someone because you don’t get your way, it shows a lack of maturity and impulse control.😀
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 07:56 PM
7

You would have better chances with someone you’re own age. 🤷🏼‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/20 07:32 PM
2

Personally that’s not a big deal, but that’s just me. 🤷🏼‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/20 03:05 PM
3

Depends. Are you overweight or obese? Someone that’s 20-30 lbs overweight isn’t an issue. Someone that’s 100 lbs overweight probably is a problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/20 02:14 AM
28

I’m 22 and I think it’s disgusting when men 35+ hit on me and my friends. I don’t care if you look like brad Pitt I don’t want to be with someone in there 40s. It’s creepy. A 36 year old hit on me when I was 18. What did he think we had in common? Nothing. Why would I want to be with him and not a guy my age?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/20 02:11 AM

People are arguing it though.

/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/20 12:35 PM

Maybe that’s true for you, but I nor any of the women I know find that to be true.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/20 03:14 PM

No problem. It happens sometimes.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/20 02:30 AM

You stated that you as a men know what women experience, but them told the woman that she couldn’t know what men experience. That was my only point and now you’re telling me that she agrees that boys were given messages. I’m not debating whether girls or boys receive certain messages. Again, I’m talking about you hypocrisy about the fact that you seem to know what girls experience, but women don’t know what boys experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/20 05:57 PM
1

I’m not talking about whether she agreed. I’m talking about the hypocrisy of you statement to which you haven’t addressed.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/20 05:46 PM
1

What I’m saying is that the woman that commented can clearly see the same messages for boys as you can see from boys.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/20 05:42 PM
1

I concede that I no knowledge of the topic your discussing and that is equal to me not caring about men’s issues. You have warped sense of reality.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/20 05:40 PM
1

We should end this discussion now. I’m from the USA. I have no knowledge or experience with the laws of the U.K.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/20 05:32 PM
1

You’re original comment stated “The idea that teachers throw negative messages at girls is just incorrect in my opinion,” but also” I completely disagree that boys don’t receive negative messages thrown at them. I’m not even sure how you could even know this?” So you are saying that you know what messages that girls receive, but question how would a woman know what messages boys receive. The same way you are able to judge the messages sent to girls, the woman is able to judge messages to boys.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/20 05:30 PM
1

You’re right there is a difference, but you stated According to the law rape is only something a man can do to a woman Which is inaccurate. Hope that helps!
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/20 05:24 PM
1

You realize you sent me to a website in which you need to pay to see data? I had to google nursing stats in my area and by far women dominate nursing https://www.beckershospitalreview.com/hr/gender-ratio-of-nurses-across-50-states.html . EMTs are most often to be men.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/20 05:20 PM
1

Yes and you invalidated your point. You stated that you as a men know what women experience, but them told the woman that she couldn’t know what men experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/20 05:16 PM
1

Most laws have “nonconsensual sexual penetration” it doesn’t say that the victim must be the penetrator. It’s a subtle difference. In my state, we have that adage and men were able to attain conviction of their rapist.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/20 05:14 PM
1

I don’t think statistics would support that statement
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/20 07:45 AM

Because it’s a discussion about gender?

Do you know that old stands for online dating?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/20 07:33 AM

What rape law states that only women can be raped? Women get arrested for dv all the time. Dude, marriage for men today is no where near as bad as it was for women 150 years ago.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/20 07:28 AM

I don’t know if she behaves differently that’s not an assumption I’m willing to make. I’m just pointing out how to misconstrued what she stated. She didn’t say “it’s okay for women to hit me and not men” she said that she was more fear of the result of a man hitting her versus a woman. There are physiological differences.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/20 02:22 AM

That’s not what they said. They said they experience a different level of fear.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/20 02:02 AM

Actually, woman are usually great at leading conversations, because they generally have more friends. Leading a conversation and hitting on someone is very different.

But that’s not what people are saying. People in the comments are saying that connections can still be used to hire, which isn’t based on the best wins.

Then the most qualified people still don’t have the advantage 🤷‍♀️

It’s sex
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/20 06:32 AM
2

😂😂😂who came up with that list? Maybe, if someone fits 5+ of the rules it’ll fit, but majority have nothing to do with how sexually active someone is.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/20 06:24 AM
1

Where is that data?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/20 09:12 AM
4

Not really. People are attracted to things in others that they don’t like on themselves and vice versa. It’s not hypocritical it’s attraction.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/20 09:06 AM
1

Do you have better data?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/20 07:00 AM
3

Who is discussing historical standards? We are discussing the notion that men on this forum think women have one night stands with every chad they meet. 7 does that demonstrate someone that is have sex with any and every chad out there.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/20 10:15 PM
2

I know what the mode is and the definition you provided is wrong. It’s actually the number that occurs most frequently. “The mode of a set of data values is the value that appears most often.” Also, where is this data about “taxes” in which strippers discuss how many of their clients they sleep with?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/20 08:33 PM
2

Where you getting those numbers 10k and 20k? Are you just assuming? Also, if 15 is the mode and the average is 7 that means there are more women under 7 that being down the average. Lastly, you do know your link stated that men lie more about sexual history?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/20 07:59 PM
1

Would that be the same for men?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/20 07:37 PM
3

Yes. Many. Most were told their soulmate is out there waiting for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/20 07:35 PM
2

I guess you could say the same about men understanding female nature.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/20 07:30 PM
7

I honestly don’t know where they find these women. The average lifetime number of sexual partners for men and woman are 7. Obviously, there are going to be women that are higher, but that wouldn’t represent the majority.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/20 07:20 PM
1

So would I date a guy that spent his time dating around in his 20s and is looking to settle down in his 30s? Yes. I actually don’t see anything wrong with that. If he’s 27 dating a 22, that’s ok. If he’s 35 and was dating an 18, I find that weird.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/20 07:28 PM
1

It’s not that it takes long. They’re all just clustered together
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/20 04:34 PM

You’re not framing the argument you’re changing the argument.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/20 04:27 PM
0

Again you’re reaching. Instead of addressing the fact that you were wrong about whether the op is clear about her sexuality, you decide to introduce a new argument abound trans people and how they fit into this. Have a good day sir! I know my point is correct when you can’t argue the point and have to change the subject.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/20 04:22 PM

Where in my statement did I mention trans people? Please stop reaching your going to break your back.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/20 04:09 PM

Typo corrected. Also, “People who are heterosexual are romantically and physically attracted to members of the opposite sex: Heterosexual males are attracted to females, and heterosexual females are attracted to males. Heterosexuals are sometimes called "straight."” Hopefully, that helps you!
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/20 04:03 PM

Not be attracted to the majority of a gender doesn’t mean your not attracted to that gender. Do you know what sexual orientation is?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/20 03:57 PM
1

Keep scrolling. There are a lot of “no” and “nope.”
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/20 03:43 PM

The majority of men aren’t ogres though
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/20 04:09 AM
2

Then men are purposely naive, because everything around them tells them that pretty people are at a huge advantage
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/20 04:05 AM

Why? Because she doesn’t find the majority of men attractive?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/20 03:49 AM

Who is more likely to be the murderer?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/20 03:21 AM

You said for a 19 year old male. I added female.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/20 03:52 PM
1

Did you just make those stats up?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/20 01:09 PM
1

The average person has neither. Are we talking about the average 99% of people or we talking about the top 1%? There realities are vastly different in what partner they can get.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/20 01:06 PM
2

Why would you assume that because she thinks he’s hot women in his age group are all over him?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/20 12:59 PM
0

Even if your a 19 year old female that’s creepy and your a pedophile
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/20 12:56 PM
1

Maybe that isn’t an attractive idea to her
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/20 12:30 PM
1

What op described is what most people would consider being personable? For some reason you think that’s going above and beyond. What did he say he did that would give you the impression that he “sold his soul?”
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/20 09:31 AM
1

You can control your level on attractiveness to a certain extent.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/20 09:29 AM

No. Who has time for this or even thinks about this?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/20 11:23 AM

By and large women made it pretty clear that they want attractive guys. Go ask any woman on the street if she would she would marry an ugly guy.

What is the entitlement?

Those aren’t crazy expectations

I agree. This sounds responsible.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/20 03:40 PM

I also can’t assume that the 60k people in the subreddit are woman. Even so, you can’t use that sub as an indicator how how most woman feel.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/20 12:13 AM
1

It’s about equal. I only know a couple men and women that get/had to pay alimony and they both act about the same. No one wants me to pay and constantly bitches about it. The receiver always complains that they “really” need the money.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/20 12:10 AM

Ok, from your experience men don’t whine and plead to the government as much as women. As I stated, I have a different experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/20 05:05 PM
2

You gave the example of r/whereareallthegoodmen , which has 60,000 members
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/20 04:53 PM
2

From your experience men don’t whine and plead to the government. I have a different experience. That’s why it’s anecdotal.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/20 04:51 PM
2

60,000 people is a significant amount, when there are over 100 million woman in the u.s. alone? (And we don’t know that those 60,000 people are all women?) Edit: 60,000 instead of 62,000
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/20 04:48 PM
4

That assumes that men don’t have self control.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/20 04:45 PM
2

That’s like saying that everything said in trp is true for most men. It isn’t. It’s a small subset of people.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/20 04:43 PM
2

You do realize that there are men that fall into both of those camps?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/20 04:39 PM
16

I completely agree. Also people that believes that gender is monolithic. Not every woman thinks the same neither does every man.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/20 04:37 PM
1

But people that you just meet aren’t going to change themselves for you so your stick with them as they are. If you see a brunette at a mall she’s taken off the lost just like the nonblack guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/20 11:45 PM
1

I disagree. If I say I only date blondes, am I less picky than someone who only dates black people? In my opinion saying I’m only going to date blondes makes me just as picky.🤷‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/20 04:46 AM
1

I disagree. You cannot look at an entire sex as a monolith.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/20 04:43 AM
3

It doesn’t matter if it can be changed, if the person is unwilling to change. Also, do you think attraction is determined by which traits can be changed?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/20 09:54 AM
1

I just find it interesting that men listen to other men tell them what women want🤷‍♀️. Talking to female friends is anecdotal at best.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/20 08:37 AM
1

If you read a few articles from the 1970s and 1980s, you find that a lot of those murders were linked to homophobia in which men felt they would be outed. It’s actually really sad, it’s been sharply declining decade after decade.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/20 01:54 AM
2

Autonomy is also used to determine your sexual partners. Men have the autonomy to decide who they have sex with; thus, they have half the responsibility😀
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/20 01:45 AM
1

So what makes you qualified to tell women what they like or want?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/20 01:42 AM
1

Maybe that’s just what she’s attracted to.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/20 12:25 PM
1

Are you a woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/20 11:51 AM
6

I think that’s a misrepresentation of what women are saying. Not every woman is looking for someone to “give her children and provide for a family” but many may want a long term mate and if both parties don’t want similar life paths it doesn’t make sense to be involved.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/20 09:57 AM

He has a choice about who he sleeps with. So the responsibility on is on both genders.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/20 09:19 AM
5

When in history have men been self sacrificial when it’s against their own self-interest?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/20 08:13 AM
1

You made a claim. I asked you to back it up with an example if you can’t that’s fine.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/20 03:33 PM
1

Again, you said no pity, but what action is acceptable? What action would display empathy and not pity? Give some examples.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/20 07:59 PM
1

Or... they’re failing because 80% of the people on to app are men. What do you expect to happen?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/20 07:40 PM
3

Maybe before the advent of feminism, women didn’t find the vast majority of men attractive but married them sue to social duty. If women’s choice was reduced there isn’t data that shows vastly more women would lower their standards. If something you like is unavailable, you might go for the lesser option or you may go for something different or nothing at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/20 07:24 PM
1

You wrote that fake empathy is empathy that spurs no action. That’s why I asked what action you wanted.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/20 07:20 PM
1

If you are a heterosexual man and a large diverse group heterosexual women don’t find attractive, what are you?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/20 11:08 AM
1

What action do you want?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/20 10:58 AM
1

Are you a woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/20 10:38 AM
2

There is a difference between being asked out and catcalling
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/20 10:33 AM
2

But do you need that from women? You can get that from men.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/20 10:28 AM
1

What is fake empathy?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/20 10:26 AM
3

Yes it is
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/20 08:42 AM
1

Are you one of those women?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/20 05:27 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
