Reading your comments I see that you may be on the edge of getting what you want. I have to say though, I wouldn’t be a gentleman to a girl unless you conduct serious business with her. Don’t talk to her like a woman. Talk to her like one of your male friends. Complimenting is nice but it hasn’t given me anything positive other than a “thank you” and a smile with a girl I have interest in. Unless/until you’ve made out and talked about wanting to get together to “hang” again you should keep your compliments to yourself.
