| 8 | Matriarchy And MotivationI agree with the fact that being a master tradesman takes a long time, because it does. However, where I’m from, I regularly hear guys who own trade businesses (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, etc) saying how they cannot find enough people to work. My brother and a couple of my cousins (no college educations) all work in trade, and make as much as I do (I’m a CPA at a Fortune 500 company).
