1	Lifting, muscles, SMV and social class trumps the overdeveloped body type of a guy like Kai Greene, While I admire Kai, Phil, and all of the Mr. Olympia type guys, they are true (genetic) freaks of nature and are roided out like no other. Most guys on here shouldn't worry about getting that big because it is impossible, especially if they are natty. 1	Lifting, muscles, SMV and social class It's funny when I hear my male coworkers cry about that "guy on roids" at the gym. They are just jealous of their muscles and that they are weak. I have been lifting hard for almost a year and have made considerable gains. Already starting to become one of the biggest guys at the gym. My dad asks if I think I am big enough, I just shrug and give a chuckle.
