40	Having low confidence is by far the least attractive trait a guy can have: how can I get rid of that? Some of the best advice I’ve ever seen on this app. I’ve struggled with this almost my entire life (37m). I was bullied the entire time I was in elementary and middle school. It was so bad I tried committing suicide when I was 11. I’ve carried that trauma my whole life. A few years ago I did the whole gym bro thing and got in great shape thinking that would elevate my self esteem. I’m glad that you’ve turned your life around but I would honestly recommend a therapist that specializes in childhood trauma. Those wounds need to be healed and your current therapist just may not be equipped to handle that. My therapist specializes in it and working through that trauma has been some of the best pain I’ve ever experienced.	/r/seduction	17/07/23 04:27 PM
