I've been treated by men very poorly in the past, so a good partner alone is good. He may not be tall or wealthy but he treats me great and that's what matters to me. But there are tons of women who are sick of men's bullshit, and don't care nearly as much about appearance. Was there a time I never dated a guy under 6'? Yeah. But they turned out to be assholes. I got sick of men that checked the looks box but not much else when it came down to it. I changed my parameters on dating apps to be much more inclusive. Met the love of my life. Last time I was on the apps I'd see profiles like this all the time: " Let me show you how amazing dating a short guy is! Don't hate because I'm short!" Followed by some variation of "I'm a gym rat and I look awesome! My woman better look the same! If you don't look like to workout, I won't be interested." Lots of missed irony. My boyfriend is barely taller than me and I don't care. He treats me with love and respect every day. I'm not an object, his mom or his maid. There are a million more important things than height.
