Look overseas, as in China for example or Dubai. Not total shitholes but not places where western educated people are easy to get. There is a huge number of men that kinda dropped out of society, but the welfare system is brutal and keeps them in line unless they know how to avoid slave labor assignments in low to no skill jobs.
