The context is correct. what part do you disagree with? the loss of the rights to what happens in your house, or its furnishings? the negative impact on custody of your children? the damage to their case in the divorce later? all of that is mentioned in the link.

If this ever happens to you, before you confront the guy, talk to a divorce lawyer. They will advise you on how to not lose your house, children, etc, and the best steps to take. They can advise you on the steps you can take legally, and tell you how to do things so that it stands up in court. Edit: By agreeing to leave the house he's basically giving up rights that he should not. Yep, it's screwed up, but lawyer up and reduce the damage.

I would report her and not only to the university because she's threatening to make false reports and if that happens you need to document it asap. If she says that you "forced her" you could find yourself in jail facing felony charges for a variety of things that would be very difficult and expensive for you to prove you were innocent of. False reports are no joke for a man. You could have life changing consequences from it. You can never say "its just a joke". Once she's made the first report …

There's no penalty for putting whatever name you want on the birth certificate as the father, and no proof required. There's no requirement that you be the biological parent of the child or even be married to the mother to be required to pay child support. You can be dating a single mother who has a biological child before you met her, and be judged to be the parent, and be required to pay child support for that child even if the court knows that it isn't your child. horrible story. the penalty for what she did should be at least the same as he served in prison. and it is a terrible truth that if you don't have $600k in cash to spend on your defense, you'd be in jail after this accusation. you'd still be in jail. Both americas and australias legal system doesn't deliver justice unless you're rich.

The thing about giving money to the homeless is that they (the homeless) have already made choices that you don't agree with, and that you wouldn't make. So giving them money basically means that you're enabling their choices. ​ which is fine. Just be clear that the homeless person will spend that money on things that make them happy, not on what might make you happy.

I cannot speak to other states, but in washington state they would order a child support transfer payment of at least $50 as that's apparently the minimum. Source: I get $50 a month payments for my daughter from her mother as I have primary custody, and that was what the family court commissioner said to me at the time when I objected that $50 a month isn't anywhere close to the expense of raising a child.

Most people pay a bail bondsmen to post the bond - about 10%.
