Thanks, that hits home very hard. I am about 15~16% bf, 6'0 and 172lbs, and I was at a dillema if I should cut to get 6 pack or bulk, then realized I have nothing to show for, even after getting from 125lbs to current.

The only problem is that I don't think it's soreness, because it only lasts for about 15 seconds after the set is done, and soreness happens the day after (correct me if i'm wrong though, thanks)

I'll try the foam rolling next week. I always use flat shoes, I've seen a lot of videos from Allan Thrall, and asked my gym instructor (one of the best powerlifters where I live) and he didn't saw anything wrong with my form and I don't have an injury also, because it's just a pain that lasts for a couple seconds after my set is done.

Great to hear it dude. For me it's a little bit different, I'm more about having a career that gives me the time and confort to pursue my craft. I don't think though that combining piano with something would be a bad idea, I just don't have the experience with piano to try something fancy now, as I'm still learning. I mean, as far as I want to realize in my life, being a musician is one that I feel most towards, but about majors, I'm more interested in making $$ than "being happy" as I usually listen people saying, so I can focus my free time confortably with my craft, which is really what I want to do with my life. Thanks for the advice. As far as meeting with seniors, I actually talked for a whole day with a very successful civil engineer entrepreneur, and he gave me a good heads up on the industry. I even went with him to do work. He taught me a lot about who you know is more important than what you know. I'll probably not be able to do the same with oil engineer, as this is a career often found in the littoral.
