Lol whatever you say. If talking shit to strangers on the internet about their workout preferences makes you happy, then go for it, I guess. Hope you're enjoying yourself. Actually it's kind of cute.

If you're just gonna keep being a hater, what's the point? Have a good week my dude.

I'm not the one who started an argument. I shared my athletic experience, and got attacked for it, so I spent a few minutes typing up some posts defending myself. Jesus, the aggro levels are off the charts here. I celebrate a healthy and active lifestyle, and because of that, I'm told I'm full of shit, that I have an inferiority complex, and I'm a skinny fat loser, amongst other childish insults. You do make a good point though... why AM I wasting my time arguing with haters and losers? Since I …

Also, there is a lot of evidence that our very evolution as human beings has been driven by our endurance and ability to run distances. http://seedmagazine.com/content/article/the_running_man_revisited/. Yet you want to tell me, a dude who runs marathons and races centuries, whose quads and thighs are undoubtedly bigger than yours, that I'm a skinny fat loser? Dream on dude. I'm just going to keep living my life, traveling and racing all over the world, loving every moment of it, and fucking sev…

Haha, whatever you say bro. Sorry I'd rather spend my time climbing mountains, traveling the world, racing and training, playing sports with amazing people, and pushing myself athletically outside of a gym. Not that there's anything wrong with doing all your training in a gym. But yeah, you think I'm a skinny fat loser hamster, and I think that's hilarious. I guess haters will always be haters.

Listen kid, I've raced in many different countries. I've climbed mountains in Italy and France. I'd bet any amount of money my quads and hams are stronger than yours. I look fucking amazing, basically. Why? Because I love being active and athletic, and I push myself every day. If you think biking over the Williamsburg Bridge daily doesn't build muscle mass, then I don't know what to tell ya. Why even work out, btw, if not to push yourself to your full potential? I mean, that's the point, right? …

Doesn't add muscle mass? I mean... are you serious? Try training for a century race (that's a hundred miles, btw) in a mountainous area, and then tell me how your leg and arm muscles look. Yes, biking involves the upper body too. How many marathons have you successfully finished, by the way? Look, I have all respect for lifters. I'm not putting it down by any means. But come on, I'm also not talking about running on a treadmill for 20 minutes every other day.

Lol, I literally said cardio is not the same as lifting in my post. Just that the benefits are similar. Not sure why you're so aggro to be honest. Also, this "skinny fat loser" can ride a century and has finished 2 marathons. So... yeah. Haters gonna hate I guess.

I'm more of a cardio kind of guy, to be honest. Don't really give a shit about lifting and I haven't been to a gym in years, but I do love running and cycling. I commute over 7 miles each way from Brooklyn to Manhattan daily on a bike, and often ride out to the Rockaways or Fire Island on the weekend, if I'm not racing cyclocross or an alleycat. I play in a couple fairly competitive adult kickball and soccer leagues, too. Not the same as lifting, but the benefits are just as real. The way you lo…
