If it did happen those two guys lucked out when she said “no”. Imagine being legally bound to this dumpster fire?

If I just saw that screenshot with no context I would have bet my next month’s salary it was from /pol/, not only because of the content but even the color scheme and layout are identical.

“There’s things we could say 10 years ago that we can’t say now, and in the future we’ll be able to say even less”. Wtf I love totalitarian dictatorships now!

That was painful to read, mainly because every point was the the same point slightly reworded. It was like reading 10 rough drafts of the same paragraph.

Well, look at it this way: the things that are suppressed usually eventually explode into a new movement and eventually a new (temporary) normal as history progresses.

At least most people know (body acceptance aside) that fat is bad and will at least make some sort of effort, albeit however slight, to keep it in check. Wokeness is more like a cancer, and unless someone sees for themselves the bullshit behind it, they’re unlikely to change. If anything they’ll double down (the obvious exception being a woman getting good conservative dick, after a while their views start to shift).

I’ve dated a few women on them. It’s actually kind of heartbreaking because when they’re “good”, they really were a great time. But when something switched them into “bad” mode - and I could never quite figure out what it was because it was always different - it was absolutely excruciating to be around them. I tried to be as understanding as possible but after a while the bad outweighs the good of sticking around. At least one attempted suicide a while after we broke up (nothing to do with me, s…

If there’s one thing that would change women’s behavior en masse, and very quickly (in cultural time), it would be if men stopped being so damn thirsty/simpy.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen23/05/21 02:47 AM

You will want to fuck other women until you actually do, then you’ll feel awful about it and wish you hadn’t. Also if she’s loyal, that’s an exceedingly rare quality that can’t be overestimated. Hot women are everywhere, loyal women are not.

It’s fine to say, it looks asinine in text. Think of it as the word “like”. If someone wrote “So like I was at the store the other day, it was like Tuesday I think, and this guy didn’t have a mask on and I was like get away from me”. When spoken that sounds somewhat reasonable, in text it appears the author has brain damage. Like y’all.

To be clear, I’m not saying it’s ok. I’m saying society has deemed it ok, although there’s been more pushback on “Karen” (mostly by Karens) than there has been on “incel”.
/r/PussyPassDenied25/04/21 07:10 PM
1

I’d disagree a bit there; Karen is a catch-all for, generally, cunty entitled middle class white women. Their sexuality is not diminished, and generally any woman called a Karen probably is to at least some degree. I agree that it’s racist though, but it’s targeted at whites so it’s “ok racism”.
/r/PussyPassDenied25/04/21 03:28 PM

At this point “incel” is just a woke-sanctioned substitute for the 80s-jock usage of “fagg0t”. It attacks the masculinity and sexuality of the target, and is hurled around knowing full well that the person may not fit the textbook definition, but once the accusation is leveled anything the target says can be discredited.

You can tell how she really is by her own description of herself. She’s an insufferable loudmouth who wants to do what she wants, when she wants, and demands your full support while you listen to her bullshit. Relationships are compromise; men aren’t leaving because they’re falling in love, they’re leaving when they realize they’re dating someone with the disposition of a 4 year old.

Jesus holy fuck you’re pathetic. No ones age here has anything to do with your painfully obvious problem, and your slinging the word “mature” around is laughable. The saddest thing is I think deep down you know the problem because you even say “I think she sees me as a beta provider”. Yeah, no shit, Sherlock. “A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. You can be disgusted by something that turns you on in fantasy. The guys watching the porn aren’t actually banging the actresses. At the end of an action movie where the hero shoots the villain in the face and kills him, you’re cheering but it doesn’t mean in real life YOU would actually shoot somebody in the face. Edit: I know that in porn the actresses are actually getting banged, versus a movie with special effects or whatever, but it still boils down to fantasy
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/20 08:35 PM

Using that rationale, women who watch rape-themed porn actually want to be raped.

If you still want to try the feet pic thing, we can go into business. You get the customers, and we send them pics of my feet. I’ll take 35%. Not gonna lie, we’re probably not going to have a lot of repeat customers. I’ll shave them before I take the pics but I don’t know how much that will help.

I don’t know if there’s negativity towards specific men that choose to be stepfathers so much as simply the notion of being a stepfather is a bad idea (I’m sure people could cite many examples of the former, though). It may work out but I personally wouldn’t want that situation. Just the extra problems of conflict with the mom over disciplinary styles, the other guy being around, an extra set of in-laws, the already built-in additional financial burden, etc. LTRs are difficult enough without sta…

All my relationships have been LTRs (granted, two of them were under a year so I don’t know if that really counts, but it was certainly more than casual sex). The only reason I was with the women for as long as I was, was because they had so many other decent qualities aside from just sex.

Just spitballing here but maybe it’s because musicians and sports figures have less to offer to women, career wise? What I mean is no baseball player can say “blow me and I’ll make you short stop”; rare is the musician that would say “if we have sex, you can be my rhythm guitarist”. Whereas men in the acting/modeling field can dangle more of a carrot, so to speak, and make the women feel like they were manipulated with false promises of contracts or roles or whatever.

Full disclosure, I’ve had a few drinks so maybe I’m not explaining myself well. So for example, a coworkers dog needed surgery so I donated to the Gofundme or whatever it was. I felt empathy for her and the dog but I didn’t get anything out of it, it wasn’t self-serving, and I certainly didn’t feel it was my duty. I don’t really feel much of a sense of duty towards individuals, duty is like shoveling my sidewalk in the winter. I don’t do it because I’m empathetic towards someone faceplanting on …

I suppose. Anything I truly felt it was my “duty” to do would be somewhat self-serving, more than empathetic/sympathetic.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/20 06:18 AM

Not particularly. Random shit will catch my eye and I’ll donate or whatever but this seems like it’s getting off the path of the topic. Anything I do or give isn’t so much out of a sense of honor or duty but because I feel bad for someone’s situation.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/20 06:03 AM
12

Oh I’ve decided. You had asked if things were so messed up that I’d lost my sense of duty. I was just giving examples as to why my sense of duty is focused on me and those close to me. I don’t wish ill toward women and children as a whole or anything, I just don’t feel particularly obligated to go out of my way to help them.

Not lost, just focused more inward. Everything now has an agenda and the goalposts keep shifting, so even if you’re doing what seems right it’ll be wrong eventually. Take something as benign as paper vs plastic bags. It takes 4 times as much energy to produce paper bags. They also weigh more, needing more energy to ship. But plastic bags take 500 years to decompose. So which is better? Fuck if I know. Or as another example, pornography. First it was bad. Then it was empowering. But then it was b…

Honor toward women: not women I don’t know. Women have made it abundantly clear they don’t need men, so I listened. It’s a reasonable question but I have no idea. I’ve never felt the need to analyze why I don’t want to have sex with another guy. Maybe it’d be great but as Jules said, “sewer rat may taste like pumpkin pie, but I’d never know because I wouldn’t eat the filthy motherfuckers”.

If both people in question are heterosexual, it’s not even close to the same equivalency, and even further off than it would first appear because I’d wager many heterosexual women would rather have sex with another woman than a disgusting man. The person who loves less will always have the advantage, so in that regard I’d prefer she were more attracted to me. I’m assuming you’re talking an LTR here; too much of a difference in attraction level on either side will eventually cause the relationship to end somehow, usually with the person with less interest moving on to a new thing.

You’re definitely not going to have a discussion or two and they are magically going to say “yeah, you’re right, fuck these commie bastards”. It’s more about getting them to utilize critical thinking skills (which most women don’t instinctively do) and see the agenda the media pushes. Many leftist ideas crumble under scrutiny (hence their censoring of conservatives on many platforms), you just have to keep chipping away. Devils advocate: how do you know you weren’t on the wrong side of whatever you were discussing with those three guys? Maybe what came across as insanity was exasperation stemming from their inability to convince you that you’re wrong. That’s even assuming there was a “right” side of the argument; if it was about something like politics, religion, or entertainment, there is no right answer. I’m not saying that’s what happened but there’s two sides to every story.

Hard no for me. I don’t care how indistinguishable he is now; if I have that knowledge of his past, it’s a no. Not a perfect analogy by any means, but take a woman who is smitten with a guy. His looks, his attitude, everything. Then give her the knowledge that he goes on Goregrish.com and jerks off to images of dead female rape victims. Her vagina would dry up so fast it would sound like someone undoing Velcro on a running shoe. Some things are just dealbreakers.

I’m not even poly and was going to say basically this. It’s hard enough for the average person to find someone they can connect with, and then on top of that we’re going to toss in fucking other people? Yeah I don’t see that working out well for the majority in the long term.

I’m not contesting whether or not being late is a dealbreaker. I’m the person that will show up 20 minutes early for appointments because I left early in case there’s traffic. What I’m saying is I don’t understand how punctuality is a problem but asking for cash isn’t. Obviously for some women it is but clearly there’s many for whom it isn’t.

Well then that’s perfect. If no one knows you are vegan, they won’t treat you like the other vegans. Edit: Plus, how much do you really want a “manosphere” guy? If you’re just looking for casual sex, he’s not gonna give a shit that you’re a vegan. If you’re looking for a relationship, I doubt being a vegan in and of itself is a dealbreaker if you click with a guy. If you’re a vegan with purple hair and a bunch of tattoos, then we might be getting into thin ice territory.

You know that woman here that tells you in literally every post that she’s an escort, even if she already mentioned it three times in the same topic? Replace escort with vegan and that’s the reason; it’s not that people care, per se, we’re just tired of hearing about it.

I ask her how she’s doing, tell her I love her, do my share of the housework and make sure she’s comfortable. That probably makes me a simp here but fuck it. I also try to be thoughtful with gifts. The best reaction I ever got from giving anyone a gift was when she made an offhand comment about a children’s record she loved as a kid in her home country, and it was stolen and she never saw it again. It took me forever to track it down (ever try finding a foreign vinyl children’s record in the US?…

If you’re already mentally healthy a few setbacks, while not great, can be overcome. The women I’ve had these interactions with (and the ages line up with u/Green_Pillar’s experiences) generally already were on a bit of a spiral due to some combination of anxiety, medication, alcohol, and other external factors. Throw in job loss or the end of an LTR and it’s like Chernobyl for them. Obviously the same thing could happen to a guy as well but the OP was about women struggling, and unhinged women …

There’s a big difference between finding a mate that can secure resources and being a gold-digger. Gold-digger implies that your only reason for being there is the man’s resources. And frankly, if you’re only there for the free ride but you remain loyal to that one guy, most guys probably wouldn’t even have a problem with that. Golddiggers are more like vampires, they take what they can get and move onto the next person.

I don’t know man, if a random woman approached me and offered me sex, my first instinct would be “it’s a trap.” I’d either wind up getting a baseball hat to the back of the head by her accomplice and having my wallet stolen, or she’d whip off her clothes and turn out to have a dick or something. In fact, the hotter she is the more suspicious I’d be. That said, that only goes for randos . Just out of curiosity, since you’ve already invested 5 years, is there anything you can do to increase the amount of sex you’re currently having with your partner? And have you identified what the issue is, to ensure it won’t carry over to the next relationship (i.e. could the problem be you)? Edit: nvm, just saw the reason in another post.

In that case, yes it will probably improve, although you’re starting from a very low bar (0). Anecdotally, it did improve for me. If you combine some self improvement with women lowering their thresholds a bit, you should get some success. Are you looking for another LTR or just sex?

This isn’t a dig: if you’ve been in a sexless relationship for the last 5 years and haven’t done much of anything about it, things aren’t going to magically improve 5 years from now if you continue on the same course.

I think this pretty much nails it. If you’re brought up with blue pill conditioning, the red pill can seem like a revelation and it can be difficult to let go of something that had so much more success than what you were previously doing. But there is a level past that, sort of a combination of the best elements of red and blue (at least if you’re looking for a successful LTR). TRP reminds me of Dave Ramsey, the financial guy. Straight male. You couldn’t pay me enough to be anything else. No desire to turn off attraction to women. I don’t hate women, I actually sympathize with some of them because there’s a lot of trash guys out there. By the same token, there’s a lot of unstable, entitled women out there and I empathize with any man who was a victim of their behavior. It’s probably the last bit of information about us that isn’t already sitting in a database somewhere anyway, so we may as well. Women can get in on the act too, and publish negative stuff about guys that are abusive or whatever. At the rate we’re going, in 15 years we’re all going to have our own Wikipedia page with N count, credit score, yearly income and internet browsing history all on display.

You know how you’ll frequently see amazing looking women with decrepit or ugly men, due to their status or wealth? It’s a cliche at this point. Now think of how many Chads you see with women who are affluent but look like my foot. Probably more common now than the past, but by no means prevalent. That’s what’s meant by men are more visual, not that the priority is on our own looks. You must be the only person I’ve ever seen get confused by this.

These are the same women that support 'sex work' but find any man that patronize it repulsive This one always gets me thinking: with virtually any other vice, especially things that have illegal components to them, the fault is generally on the “supplier”, as it were. For example, if an 18 year old buys beer, the liquor store or bar will be held liable. Vice squads in police departments don’t generally go after the guys buying a few rocks, they look for the meth labs and major dealers and take t…

I’ll disagree with that. Some people, including myself, have only had sex in LTRs, keeping our numbers in the single digits. Having standards doesn’t make someone weird. Then again, maybe these days it does.

And I agree with that. I just feel that the insecurity and desperation also manifests itself in numerous other behaviors that, to me at least, are more off putting than the count. The thing about the women with high N counts that can’t find a committed relationship, at least among the women I know who fall into that category, is that the problem isn’t the high N count per se; it’s all their other issues of which high N is just another symptom. To elaborate: some are high functioning alcoholics. A couple are on antipsychotics. One (who was actually one of my favorite people before we parted ways) was both, with epic anger management issues as well. I’m far more apprehensiv…

As a guy, that’s a well presented, common sense, articulate statement. It’s difficult to find fault with, and most men could benefit from the tips to up themselves a point or two on a 1-10 scale. Unfortunately, I don’t date guys. If every man on the planet thinks I’m an Adonis but the women think I’m an orc, for all intents and purposes I’m an orc.

Greater Boston area. Ironically some of the best places as far as the actual food are really cheap, dive taco joints and Thai places and the like, but they definitely lack an ambiance. If it’s someone I don’t know at all, OLD or whatever, yeah I’d be pretty adverse to dropping $200 at a decent restaurant. That’s a huge expense if you’re doing that a few times a month. If it were a case where I already was acquainted with the woman, either through friends or work or whatever, and especially if there was already a bit of a spark going, I’d probably skip the coffee and go right to the more expensive option.

Hypocrisy at its finest. Isn’t their mantra over there “block and delete, you don’t owe men an explanation”? And it’s hilarious that this happens to her on a frequent basis but there’s zero introspection as to what she’s doing that may cause this behavior.

7 of the top ten most attractive and highest-earning women I know are high-functioning alcoholics, on medications like Seroquel and Lamictal, and/or suffer from clinical depression. As a general rule, I (male) always expect to pay fully for at least the first couple of dates. The only way I would have maybe taken her up on that offer is if I already knew there wasn’t going to be a second date and even then, I’d likely decline her offer to contribute to the bill unless she said or did something that REALLY grinded my gears.

I’ve had almost the exact opposite IRL experience; the high N count women (and men, for that matter) are either divorced or flitting from relationship to relationship. Having said that, most of them have numerous other issues (depression, alcoholism, etc) that are tied into the high N count and contribute to the overall lack of stability.

Just because they got burned doesn’t mean they weren’t in relationships with healthy women. Hell, it doesn’t even mean they (the men) weren’t the cause of the breakup; some people get dumped and the other person is automatically Satan, with zero introspection on what they may have done to contribute to the situation.

I’m not the person to whom you typed that response to, however I agree with them that a lot of RP guys got that way after failed relationships, likely getting burned by women. The naturals, the guys who aren’t on Reddit and don’t know what the hell RP is because they’ve been too busy out smashing anything they can since they were teens, have always been that way. I honestly believe a lot of guys that implement RP via “training“ for it didn’t originally think that way, but it got results so they …

If science could develop a pill that triggered this sensation it would be the most popular drug of all time. Get dumped, be depressed, then take a pill that causes you to be disgusted with the former object of your affection. Makes moving on a breeze.

First love changed me in that I learned to be less complacent in future relationships. She was by no means perfect but in retrospect, some of the things she did that led to our demise were a direct result of my actions. Also that both individuals have to be all-in on making it work, and that work never really ends. I hadn’t really thought about it much until just now typing this, but it was pre-internet; information that’s easily available now might have helped us stay together, but on the other…

The thing that cracks me up the most about FDS is that the women there seemed to have gone from getting pumped-and-dumped by the absolute lowest possible tier men (men with no beds that sleep in a pile of clothing, men that don’t wipe their own ass, unemployed serial cheaters, etc) to wanting to marry men who have virtually zero character flaws (he looked at porn? he made an off-color joke? he won’t pay for everything? That’s pretty simplistic. If you reframe it as “you have to show them you’re interested sexually early on”, I’d agree with that. In that respect I understand not seeing them as friends. Not seeing them as people sounds mildly subhuman though. You could try the friend route if you’re really low confidence, just mentally prepare for an agonizingly long wait with a 90%+ chance of rejection at the end. You’re better off getting the rejection out of the way right off the bat.
