If you take care of yourself nutritionally and lift, etc. And have decent genes you can be really good looking in your 40s combined with the other things that come with being 40 assuming you have done well for yourself. But honestly a 25 year old guy everything equal will generally be more attractive than the 40 year old, especially for getting younger girls, even if you do take care of yourself I'd say. I can see the issue in the second case though unless you don't have plans to get kids and get a vasectomy. 1	Don't be a slave Well, I'm down to a healthy weight and just recently scored a sub 6 minute mile time on my weight training PE fitness test. I didn't end up with any diabetes or loose skin or anything from it, even though I was BMI 36 at the max, it was kind of a gain weight in 9th grade and have it lost by senior year thing since my parents basically made me quit sports and started feeding me junk at the same time, it was awful. Going off to university in the fall in either Seattle or Bellingham since in state tuition, etc. and obviously the tech industry is good here (major is computer science). I'd have kind of liked to go to Oregon if out of state tuition wasn't a thing though.
