2	Why don't people get bored of social media? Women literally can't exist outside of a social context. And I mean literally not as some superlative, but in the sense of its original meaning. Your first order of business should be: Go on a strict AIP diet with only veggies, meat and nothing else and see how that affects you. If you improve a lot then diet is a factor.
