my understanding is that the person who posted the video had other videos that were copyrighted by disney and cartoon network. for this reason all videos by that person were deleted from youtube. The bullying videos from 2 news stationswere posted by others as well, and are still on youtube. Search youtube for 11-year old boy stripped and you will find them.

yes, Ariana Delatorre, Johnna Cadena, and Allie Bailey should be on register-her. The problem is that there names are not on any official document that has been released to the public. If anybody who knows them will send a message to register-her, it may be helpful. Perhaps the testimony of enough people who know them would be proof for a register-her listing.

actually, the attack occurred in the summer after the girls graduated 7th grade. 7th grade in 2010 - 2011, 8the grade in 2011 - 2012. Their names have been posted on the youtube videos of the bullying, but have been tagged as spam. I understand he was arrested but never convicted. If he is not convicted of the offense, can he be registered as a sex offender? Is anybody familiar with Wisconsin law that could comment on this? Can an innocent person who never committed any offense become a registered sex offender just because somebody in the government wants it?

If I were working there, I would consider organizing a party for all those who were not invited to the original party. It would not be strictly men only, because the male employees could bring their wives or girlfriends. Also, if there are any female employees who were not invited to the girl's party, they would be invited to this one.

I hope they really take the rest of the year off. Unemployed men can take the very few female jobs that are usefull. Most women never do any productive work even when they have a so called "job". Getting of women and demonstrating how everything gets done much more efficiently without them would be a good thing. Perhaps later all men could take off work for a while. How about we do these awards the same way we do awards in the Olympics? We have separate Olympic catagories for women, so the 3 fastest women runners, for example, get medals even if they are slower than the slowest male runner. I would like to see an 11-year old girl report that 3 13-year old boys stripped and videoed her. Then, after the police arrest her alleged attackers, the girl will admit that it never happened. She lied and made the story to get attention. Could she be arrested for falsly reporting a crime? The police already said that stripping and videoing is only a prank, not a crime, so they would have no reason to arrest her.

That's a very good idea if I may propose three modifications: Don't go to a pedophile; go to a stripper, nudist, streaker, or exhibitionist and let them know public nudity is legal in Fort Myers. the case has not been closed yet, the state attorney is still investigating. They can prosecute but withhold adjudication of guilt, give probation, and the bullys will have no record; their lives will not be ruined.
