Some religious group will take it to court and win and it's back to square one. The exemption prevents the backlash. | 1 | It's called Male genital mutilation.It's only for children of Israel so it doesn't apply to me or if I have kids. We're American but that is just how it is viewed in the family. I am not of those religions to really comment on them however the Muslim interpretation for both sexes is incorrect. Circumcision is not mentioned in the Quran.
