0	I'm 18, how do I become/act more like a man and less of a boy? This book is not good. Most of it is merely conjecture. If you want to improve yourself lift weights, meditate, love yourself and others. Not all of it is bad, but a lot of it is. It's a bad self-help kind of book that forces you into a cultist mindset like most of PUA, masculinity, pseudoscience type stuff. For example, the idea that in order to be truly masculine you must embody other masculine men's criticism. 1	What's alpha and what's beta Subjective definitions. No one is alpha or beta. Simply a poor way to coerce people into fitting women's definition of a "man". In the same way that I don't categorize a bitchy, yet attractive woman as beta simply because she doesn't have a "positive" attitude about life, you cannot and should not categorize males this way.
