Desirable things in women: beautiful, gives consistent sex, cooks, takes good care of the kids Desirable things in men: earns high income and/or rich, ripped, tall, buff, good looking, high status. This viewpoint basically sucks the life out of relationships. Why, you ask? It's completely, extraordinarily shallow. Look at all the things not included in this list, things that are among the most important to making a human connection: compatible personalities, compatible sexual tastes and sex driv…

That's very reassuring to hear. Thank you.

You're probably right. I mean, I have a partner anyway, so this shouldn't matter and isn't tied to anything important, really, just feelings of... insignificance, I guess.

This is what I would have done anyway... I'm just so so nervous, somehow.

Meeting a person I admire for the first time, a model. Buying something from her at her convention booth. Wanting to stand out so she remembers me, so I don't feel so unimportant and creepy for being a fan among many.

I see what you are getting at, but what would you do in my situation?

You think? What if I want to go to a meet'n'greet with people I admire? How to be a special fan, stand out from the crowd, be worthx of attention, if not with radiant beauty? I think about this a lot.

Honestly, as a man in his early 20s showing the first signs of male pattern hair loss, I'm so afraid. It feels like my youth and life are kind of over even before they started. Once I lose my beautiful mane I doubt I will ever be able to even look at a beautiful woman again without being labeled a creep. And I mean I know mamy women who are beautiful way into their 40s and 50s. I am kind of jealous.

I just think you should not tangle your self-worth up in this to that extent. No matter how good you look, there's always someone who will disagree.

Then find out what you want. Find out what exactly is leaving you so unsatisfied.

But you clearly stated you're not in it for the experiences (for which one woman deeming you attractive would be enough, frankly), but for the validation and feelings of power you derive from impressing people by looks alone. Which is it?

So what you really want is not sex, but validation. Do you derive your self-worth from your looks alone? You sound like you have low self-esteem and you should work on that. I can assure you, no amount of external validation will ever make you feel truly satisfied.

I've actually never thought of RPW in general as weak or spineless - more like "vulnerable", "scared" and, as you put it, "in need of guidance". Having some general principle to EDIT: accidentally hit send ...structure your life around while feeling you're doing the right thing while also being "special" and "blessed with special knowledge" can feel intoxicating.

How did you view women before, how do you view them now? If you've built up negative mindsets, you'll have to invest the effort to get rid of them. And it's not that hard because for every red pill theory about how "all women are like that", you will find living counterproof.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
