Haha, I saw that scene and immediately wondered how many people were upset he wasn't sporting a parking break lever.

The fact that an alleged bank robber was previously convicted of bank robbery 3 times is one thousand times more relevant than what other man an alleged rape victim had sex with 3 weeks before the alleged crime. On a complete tangent, I sat on the jury for a rape trial where the accuser's history of past false rape accusations was told to be stricken from the record when brought up by the defense. Is this due to an intersection of character evidence with what would potentially violate rape-shiel…

opinions aren't wrong, but facts presented in support of an opinion might be. Yeah, that's usually what people mean when they say somebody's opinion is wrong. Thanks for mansplaining that to us, though, fam.

My point being that we might not have the full story. People are aware of your point. It's just that the point is useless, because it's axiomatic. People are bent out of shape because of the way you presented your point.

Whoever she is now is not who she will be in 10 years, because she's still a child This sounds exactly like "aw she's only young, aw," you know. And I agree with you. She is young, and minors get afforded a certain level of leniency.

Folks are accusing you of being anti-male, which is pretty stupid. Folks seem to want a more solid answer as to why she shouldn't be named along with the innocent other than "She's 16". Granted, that's the answer the judge gave, so they'll have to live with it.
