They're talking about being a mom. They think women should get paid to be mothers and care for their own kids. In the US, women can set up their lives to be paid for just that: A single mother of 4 can live comfortably on government assistance just for having 4 kids out of wedlock, and that's not even counting the theft known as child support. Annual tax returns for single mothers are astronomical, on top of welfare, on top of food stamps, on top of child support.
