That's not a fair comparison at all. The Donald has shown time and time again that they are hate sub. I've been a part of this sub for a few months now and have usually (except for here and there) seen intelligence and level headed arguments. And I'm not saying everyone in The Donald are evil or anything, but the mob mentality of a sub is relevant and The Donald tends to lean more towards hate.

Seriously...this sub should be about men's rights, not hating women which is what the comments always turn into. Having any association with The Donald will cripple and de-legitimize this sub in a heart beat. Same with the redpill. We cant fight hate with more hate.

Seriously...the last people we want to associate with is The Donald. Smh.

I thought they said the lawyer was female...that's what my comment was referring to at least.

Really? No need to meet sexism with more sexism.

In this case, it's not men being treated too harshly. Its women not being treated AS harshly that is the problem.

Thank you! Unpopular, yes, but I'm on your side.

I agree. This post does NOT belong here and makes men's rights look bad.

Why is this on this sub? I don't believe it belongs here.

Beautifully said.

I did it, but I had major help from parents so I'm not as financially destroyed. I literally wouldn't have been able to do it without.

Interesting enough, I feel like abuse is handled eloquently on both sides when it comes to films and books. The news? Very one sided.

This is so great. It doesn't diminish one gender to prop up another. It's zero tolerance no matter what the circumstances, as it should always be.

I didn’t even think of that, but you are absolutely right. Thanks for bringing this up.

Woah. That is...messed up. Like really messed up. To the point of being remembered in 2040 as superbly dated and embarrassing.

That’s bordering conspiracy territory.

This is so sad. Why must there always be extremes? True feminism is about equality, not man hating. I know everyone on this sub knows this, but it absolutely drives me insane that these Social Justice Terrorists are ruining the general public's view of what feminism actually is. It's maddening.

Disgusting. The epitome of the modern double standard in a tweet.

This is so sad. Hopefully he can appeal the decision.

THIS! Acceptance over things people can not change is what the movement should be about. Also, pretty sure the fat acceptance movement doesn't apply to men because I'm a little husky and people tell me to just start going to the gym. What about my genes? I though I had no choice.

This is a sad story all around. If she was truly assaulted before this, she clearly didn't get the help she needed or didn't feel comfortable being able to deal with it in a healthy way. While what she did was wrong, I feel like this girl in particular needs help, not punishment. Especially since no man's life was destroyed by her lies, only her own really.

I thought that in the US it has officially changed from men being better at math to women based on state and federal testing. Obviously,m I don't have sources, but that wouldn't support this action.

If you read the article, it states pretty clearly she is doing it to prove a point, not to actually have it take effect.

Yeah, pretty sure I've seen five pictures objectifying women on the front page already today.

It really is. The system is designed to fuck you the more you buy into how the system works.

Exactly. This whole argument is just a witch hunt. Even when she was 17, it’s fucked, but right or wrong at the age is tricky. We are not qualified as the public to just say “sexual predator” to her just because we like that she is the five of feminism and must then therefore destroy her.

This is stupid. Rape and molestation is very prevalent in India, and is not being taken seriously. Can we please stop blaming victims?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
