Sugar + alcohol for me = awful hang over, even with only a couple drinks. I have to stick with dry drinks or diet mixers with artificial sweeteners. I have no idea why this happens. Anyone else?

People wear out 'PTSD' these days. Not only is it just silly, but you are also doing a disservice to those who really have it by diluting the condition from what should be a serious mental disorder to something practically everyone who faced a little adversity in life has. Unless you were raped, molested, been in war, or beaten daily as a child, you probably don't have PTSD.

Agree. I actually wrote /u/spez about this. Its really dumb and just increases the echo chamber effect. I have also been critical of this sub in the past over it just being a place to bash women, but quite frankly that situation has improved here and its largely gone back to the true meaning of this sub. I guess since I am subbed though I am automatically a bad person according to some of the mods in these subs.

False accusations of rape occur less frequently than actual rape which has no consequences for the perpetrator 98% of the time. Where in the world do these stats come from? Even if you cited a source I am not sure if you could even trust it. I am not downvoting you, and I agree that sexual assault and rape is bad. That said, false accusations of both are far more prevalent, now more than ever, and the consequences for a man are catastrophic even if he is completely proven innocent.

I think that is being a bit dramatic. Plenty of young women have enough self control. I also don't think its fair to call the metoo stuff bullshit as there were some general creepos being exposed. All that said, I do completely agree these stories should be a bigger deal as they seem to happen all the time. They also often times get away with it with light punishment versus if it was a man.

There is certainly something to be said about her age, and perhaps there is room for mercy there, but if you make a very dumb decision at any age, death could be waiting. I liken joining ISIS as a young woman to something like getting in a fire fight with cops. In both situations a 16 year old can make that choice, and in both situations death is a very realistic outcome.
