The "no" was directed at your attitude, though I admit it wasn't clear. The reason for ending early shouldn't be her having more fun with Chad, but you not wasting your time (a.k.a. the most precious resource). My advice would be as the same as the mighty /u/VasiliyZaitzev's, followed by: If she insists, demote her to plate if you don't have oneitis. If you do, simply next. Not ending early has the added benefit of having a plate while accumulating more plates.

OCPD patient here. Here's my acute action plan for you. Step 1: STFU about this stuff, let things be as usual. Just try to chill. Step 2: Get therapy asap. It is normal to seek professional help. See a psychiatrist, a good one who also practices psychotherapy. Don't waste time with therapists without an MD. Edit: Definitely a male psychiatrist, if possible.
