If you aren't working there any longer then I do not see why you wouldn't ask her out, especially if you get along with her as well as you say you do. Just have a little confidence in yourself because if you don't ask her out before you go then maybe you might never see her again/get the chance to ask her out (I don't know how often you see her out of work).
