And once you don't worry about other's judgement of you anymore your mind is free to start forming opinions about others. So, no, you are constantly judged. Trying for Rapport Neutral Breaking Rapport Easiest way to imagine those is by thinking of a horizontal curve representing the pitch of what you're saying.
