This is something I've been thinking about, but have read some strange things about side effects. Is it true that if you come off T your hormones go completely out of whack? I have read that you're supposed to take climid while coming off of it, but my understanding of this is pretty fuzzy. Isn't feminism the opposite. Feminists would say: you don't need no man to support you. You don't need no high paid executive type. I concur. Isn't the whole idea that women are programmed to find signs of strength and ability to raise/defend a family attractive. Meaning musculature, aggression, ability to accrue wealth. I really don't see it, and I'm living in a city that is 50% Asian. Lots of Asian chicks are very, very hostile. The treatment that Asian guys get from "self hating Asian women" is the exact same experience that I have as a decently attractive white guy.

why do Asians pretend whites women are the only women on earth? There are tons of decent Asian women in every North American city around and good number of good looking brown women (though I admit percentage wise the number of decent browns is lower than the number of decent white and Asian women). I don't mind it at all. You talk to people all day and just BS about why they should buy your product and not your competitor's (which is often exactly the same), and if you're not a retard you can pull in mid five figure bonuses at the end of the year. Sales isn't the greatest job in the world - obviously - but if you don't have qualifications to be a doctor, lawyer, or engineer - it's a better job than anything else.

I'm 30+ and I do the same thing. do a couple sets of low weights - typically very slow sets - ie squat to parallel, hold for a couple seconds, bring it up. Then transition to heavy weights. Never had any problems. I think there is some "truthiness" to the idea that stretching before lifting is beneficial, but the cutoff might be a bit higher. Maybe 40+.

If I were to start now: I'd learn the four basic compound lifts - bench press, squad, deadlift, and military press. Cut out garbage foods from diet. Do a stronglift (three compound lifts, three times per week) program for three months. Then with intermediate shoulder, chest, back, and leg strength - I'd start moving into isolation exercises. If you want to lose fat a bit quicker just put yourself on a caloric deficit. IMO 200lbs at 6ft isn't huge, so I'd just start lifting and see what happens. …

Why would you reject a 10? The whole thread is about weeding out uggos, rather than using them as slumpbusters.
