Doesn't justify that people are both being disgusting, just that in the "who's worse" battle, there's seemingly no end of effort for both sides to go for the gold

This is WAAY misleading. The main reason of this is because single sex schools tend to be private schools, which usually mean the family is of higher income. Higher income family children tend to be more educated. That is the main reason for this.

The title here is kind of misleading. The regulation already there for women's cycling (it is listed with UCI Continental cycling) is there is a maximum length for a stage (I do not want to go through the hundreds of pages of UCI regulations right now). The only issue is that it has shown that men are better at sports. Michelle Wei has been one of the best women in golf in recent years. At 14, she got the lowest score ever posted by a woman at a PGA event. She still has not been able to qualify for the PGA tour, though, which women are allowed to do. Annika Sorenstam is another good golf example.
