You don't need cardio for far loss at all. Weight training is all you need and a good diet. You can throw in cardio when the kcals are getting too low to decrease further or when you plateau hard. With that said I try to do some liss cardio year round for my heart and cardiovascular system. Usually 10 mins wamup and 10-20 mins after weights. 10+10 is easy and won't affect lifting.

At your age I was a similar weight and was absolutely obsessed with getting abs and getting shrededd. Daily running, some weight training, dieting and I eventually did it. Turned myself into a bag of bones with abs at 154 lbs 5'10". Then clean bulked after I joined a gym to 180 lbs in something like a year I guess and looked even leaner. Getting a great body is all about "uncomfortable". Get used to it. The rebound you get after cutting is great. Very easy to put on muscle.
