We don't deny that black people have social disadvantages. If a group has a disadvantage, its because someone other group has the power to perpetuate them. If only we could have a name for that... Eh, people here don't believe in white privilege because they literally believe black people are inferior and deserve their socioeconomic status due to their own conscious choices. I've stopped trying to explain it when it hit me, the entire reason they don't accept institutional disadvantages is because they actually believe the disadvantaged inherently deserve it.
