He's 10, and wife love to baby him. Daughter and I had good chats this week. Food: I reread To Be a Beast, the best article on nutrition and weightlifting with no bullshit diets. | 1 | Own Your Shit Weekly - February 14, 2017Yeah, it could be characterized that way. However, I really liked it. He's a great storyteller and writer, to begin with. In this book, he deals initially with what appears to be sexual addiction - or at least an inability to NOT step out on his woman, or even to think through the consequences. I'm well past anger phase but often beat my head against the wall of not wanting to have to work so hard to game mediocre sex and connection from a tired woman. At the same time, I know I have options but choose not to pursue them. I've learned a lot about my tendency toward oneitis and pedestalizing other women, and my main RP victory has been to squash the feeling of being trapped with no options. That, by itself, has been a major win. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 15/02/17 06:21 PM |
| 5 | Own Your Shit Weekly - February 14, 2017My first OYS using this account. I unplugged a bit over a year ago, was here under a different account, but had something similar to a doxxing scare that convinced me it was wise to go silent for a while for professional reasons. Additionally, I'm not willing to use my work laptop for OYS posts, and there's a lot of crap to type on a phone keyboard. Late 40s, former beta wuss, married 20+ years, 2 kids, professional career, comfortable marriage but I want more than comfortable. I've been reading… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 14/02/17 06:07 PM |
