Yeah lol no one should follow extreme RP in a marriage or a long relationship. If you are not a simp to the extreme described in the post, you are g2g. Bookmarked. I like this part the most "You must ruminate on your social success, even it’s it’s a small success. You must have success that you can point to and remind yourself of, in order to reprogram the subconscious.". Reminding myself of the things i pulled off gives me motivation and confidence because i know its possible or rather im in the position of pulling off these things, even though they are in the minority. As far as i know the best way to "workout" your jaw, is chewing dense fucking gum. Also, dont be fooled. You wont get the jaw of a greek god by working out your jaw.
