Yes. He loved Elon Musk. We weren't living in the same world or speaking the same language. I'm realizing that the sex was really good in comparison to normal sad expectations and the kind of sex most women put up with. Unfortunately, he had narcissistic personality disorder.

I do sometimes notice dating profiles looking for "a woman who looks after herself". They don't mean independence, it's all about appearance, and I can tell that they are delusional by looking at their photos. A "woman who looks after herself" is certainly going to be looking elsewhere.

I realized that I was having to limit myself and censor myself so that I wasn't undermining their masculinity. I've got better things to do than undermine their masculinity. I've definitely got better things to do than trying not to undermine their masculinity. My priorities have shifted towards becoming more authentically myself rather than hiding my light under a bushel.
