1	Bullet Points But can get risky quickly if being lonely gets out of hand. Its easy to use that as an excuse to escape from facing your issues. I personally try to do the things that scare me, goes hand in hand witth mindfullness. You scared of being alone? go do that. Women terrify you? Talk to them. You afraid to fail? 3	Bullet Points Seeing posts like those combined with the big yellow quarantined sign make me a bit angry. I came from a deeply toxic household and the advice and support of the red pill community kinda helped me to establish myself as a person in society.
