This is a wonderful, exemplary post. And the comments are even better. I've never brought up this concept but I do know it is true. I've been in a relationship with the same girl for 4 years now with absolutely no problems. She's gotten angry once over some bullshit problem. I ignored her. I talked to other girls. I went to a Hollywood event with models and boasted about it. She was over it faster than I've ever seen her emotions move. The red pill taught me how to have a successful LTR, and rem…

LOL. Very true. It was a weak night for OP, one way or another. And although I DO feel bad about it in some respects, there's part of me that also recognizes the failure to act. It was a learning experience.

Again, yes, there was another shortcoming on OP's side. He should have, could have shut the whole situation down. And that just goes to prove the point more, we treat our women differently than we treat our men. We assume women won't be crazy, even violent stalkers/offenders when maybe we should be more careful.

That was indeed my point, sir.

I see your point, but regardless of the fact, that wasn't the point. Sure, OP did not make clear decisions. I would even say they were decisions similar to many accounts of female's stories of stalking and rape. He let it happen for a bit, out of timidness or a failure to perceive it or even because he was okay with it for a while, but then it got weird. Mistakes were made on his part. The point however, is that this situation, if reversed on the genders, did happen exactly the same way, the cop…

In her defense, (and people hate me for this, but I'm a musician and have done some research), she's actually behind a fair chunk of the writing. Sure it's produced like crazy and has a team of writers helping, but she still does a lot more than most other pop artists these days. Also, being a musician who can appreciate a well written hit song, her new album is actually pretty monster. Which is what makes her rapid turn to feminism all the more scary. It's a huge influence, she's one of the big…

It does carry the same weight. That's the point. If attempted murder wasn't a charge then they would be able to get the punishment of assault or something, since no murder would have actually been committed. That wouldn't be good. So the same should apply with attempted rape. Just because the person want actually able to rape the victim doesn't mean they shouldn't be punished as if they had succeeded.

Exactly! Attempted murder carries the same weight as murder, it's just there so that if the person is a dumb fuck retard and fails at murder, they don't get away with assault or something. The same should apply to rape. Edit ;verbiage.

“Understand that society today doesn’t favor young men, and you need to, as a young man, protect yourself,” [Strong] said. He's understanding a sad truth about our society now. Wise words from him. “It’s been six months of hell,” [Strong's Mother] said. “I would just say that, like my son said, if you are a young man in today’s society, our pendulum has swung the wrong way.” Even the mother gets it. It's so terrifying now adays, but I think the best course of action is to take precautions to pro…

Yeah see that's why I'm debating even starting it. It's a point that should be gotten across but the problem is it probably won't come across at all.

I took the test. They're very good about wording things and the questions promote both men and female rights. Besides one of the 3 questions they asked, which was "Asking a girl if she's on the pill is the same as asking consent-- true or false." Most of the questions were worded equally in respects to each gender. Examples. Note that the third picture with the question has the correct answer selected.

Well, alright then, I'll go ahead and stop this debate then. Believe what you'd like and bear in mind I never insulted you in any way, and simply debated. Call me full of shit, that's fine. I actually agree with the following points: The fact that she calls herself a feminist reveals that she thinks she is one; it gives us some insight into what she thinks feminism is; but it does not actually make her a feminist. Great point, I suppose that maybe she needs to recognize what feminism has become …

But by pretending there's a non-misandrist kind of feminism, all she's doing is providing radfems with cover. Also, can you produce a list of all the radfems Wendy has converted to non-misandrist egalitarianism, and statements from each one confirming Wendy's role in their change of heart? Show me how effective this tactic has been. I see your point, don't worry, I understand that Wendy's tactic may not be working as well as we would hope, or if you're correct in your thoughts, not working at al…

I disagree with you. She views feminism as the dictionary definition and lives by that. Feminists can TRY to use her as cover to relate feminism to egalitarianism but if they don't live through those values then they aren't. Wendy, by voicing her concerns with modern feminism and considering herself a feminist, gives reason to believe that maybe we can convince some of the more extremist feminists to listen to "one of their own" and we can start to make progress towards understanding. I'll put i…

Same here, if reddit wasn't bashing on TRP I would've never found it. It's a rule that everyone knows in all forms of industry, no press is bad press.

Right, it's a lot of genetic input. We're the experiment of nature. We're the ones it can make mistakes on.

Exactly! Men make up a higher portion of the upper and lower bell-curves of society. That's the inherent difference. Women can provide and serve their purpose far easier than men because they are able to bear children and, from an animalistic sense, provide for men who desire sex. Men, who serve no purpose just by existing, are always straining to take chances and risks to do more and make something out of themselves. That makes men the majority in the upper and lower parts of the bell curve of …

This post was amazing, truthful, earnest and what I love to see. Thank you, I thoroughly enjoyed this and wish you luck on need returning to the zero.

No sir. It's funny, it would be difficult to keep up if it wasn't for the red pill and keeping her interest. I now find it very easy actually. She's very into me.

Its actually incredible. I never realized how good my LTR is. Reading this opened my eyes. My relationship before my current relationship had all of the traits of things to avoid, down to a tee. My current relationship has all of the traits of things to LOOK for. And I've been with her, long distance, for nearly 3 years. Which is huge for me. Never once has she had issues and I've never had a problem with her beyond the simple and occasional corrections. It's beautiful, actually. Very good post.…

I agree, many people think they're "mature for their age". I've heard it plenty as well and oftentimes it really is just in their head, some delusion that they have because they were the first in their friend group to get their license or get a job or whatever. However, maturity has never been something I base on age. I've seen 40 year old men that still act like they're in their teen years because they've never found themselves or their place in the community, and more often than not they think…

The sad thing is no one would listen to a male using this argument. "I didn't say yes, she just did it, I was raped, " "But you didn't resist, didn't say no. Your actions alone said yes. Obviously you had no problem with it. She's just a small girl after all. You're an adult male. You would've said something." And that would probably be a "valid argument",

Critics tend to dismiss these as trivial, suggesting that the men involved should just "man up." But, of course, there's no reason to think that such coercion is any more trivial where men are concerned than where women are concerned, unless you believe that women are such fragile flowers that they cannot possibly withstand things that men are supposed to ignore. It will be interesting to see how college disciplinary boards handle this. If, in light of the data, women exhibit a similar predilect…

Make it abundantly clear you're outcome-independent. You don't need her. She wants you. You've been with her for how long now? You screwed around with her sister 11 years ago, but have you been dating her for that long? what you did in your past is unimportant. She's lucky to have someone who is willing to settle down for an LTR. I remind my girlfriend of that all the time. I too am in an LTR of 14 hours. 3 states away. I don't see her more than a few times a year but I am confident that I have …

Human beings, chiefly men, developed the ability to recognize patterns and make accurate predictions. This is how we created civilizations and advanced society. Yes yes yes. Logic. I keep hammering this into people. Logic is what makes an different than a woman. It's probably the biggest factor.

There is also an admirable human tendency to be protective of women—stories of female exploitation are readily believed, and vocal skeptics risk appearing indifferent to women’s suffering. This sums up my feelings entirely. That's what I always argue. You see, for example, Jared Leto from 30 Seconds to Mars get groped at a concert while stage diving, and we say "Oh, well everyone is practically worshipping him." and we shrug it off, no big deal. We see, for example, Ariana Grande get groped and …
