She has expressed that she was sorry, wishes she never did it, completely regrets it. Also has stated that should things ever get low again she would do whatever she can to work things out or cut ties. I did see a laywer, she said I would be ok as far as paying out, but split custody would be probable.

Thank you. I have been dedicating myself to being a better me, being a better father and a better husband. I'm working on seperating myself and building my own frame and while not going cold to my wife. It's overwhelming at times.

Honestly don't know. She is open to talk about it whenever, said that it was completely her fault and said she would do counseling together if I wanted. In the beginning though she was angry about bringing it up. She has backed off a bit too and shows more affection. Flip side is she talked to him twice in 6 months that I know of.

I see your point. My thought was if I stay then I need to put in work, from now till the end. Staying and doing nothing is pointless. Yes, I am tied up on the lies at the moment. I want to say fuck it and move foward and rebuild. Now I'm seeing links about false remorse, post-nup, etc.

I went a read that post. I've seen some of the remorse pointers but not all. The post-nup is something I never thought of.

I thought owning the fact that I lead the marriage to this point was not crying victim. I'm trying because I feel like I owe it to myself, that just bailing was the easy way out.

I am lifting, just cannt progress on much because of injury but I'm still getting out there. I get the validating part, not sure how I was to punish her and work on rebuilding the marriage I let crumble. Alot of the reason for trying is seeing my kids everyday and I do enjoy my time with my wife except for this bad period.

You know, money never bothered me until I started reading up on infidelity and saw it listed as high risk area. Then it got in my head. I'm in agreement, Frame, Social skills and lifting. I'm struggling with them but still trying.

"He'll walk into any room and engage people in interesting conversation" This is where I need to be but I am a long way off. Thanks for the reply

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
