19	Same city, same year. Man has sex with 15yo girl he believed to be 19, goes straight to jail. Woman has sex with her 14yo male student, avoids jail because judge "did not believe the woman deserved to go to jail". There is an objective legal double standard, and that itself is supposed to be unlawful. A man can be found guilty of statutory rape even if he had every reason to think the girl was of legal consenting age (such as meeting her in an age-restricted club or if she possessed a credible-looking fake ID) Apparently such rules do not apply to women having sex with near-preteen boys.	/r/MensRights	18/09/15 02:59 PM
