Go to the doctor but in the meantime I reccomend shaving your amrpit hair (less surface are for bacteria/BO to grow) and rub some arm and hammer baking soda under your armpit after getting out of the shower, before putting on deodorant. But how old are you? Could be hormones if you are around 15. I was a sweaty teenager.

Victimhood is really part of a defense mechanism of moving forward Wow well said. I think it is frustrating when we work at something and not get much back in return. Spending enormous amounts of money on tuition to only be getting contract work, and then getting robbed... There is a quote from the movie 'A scanner Darkley' I can relate with, it reads: “But then one day, while lifting out an electric corn popper from under the sink, Arctor had hit his head on the corner of a kitchen cabinet dire…

Wow much respect for you to take on such a benevolent responsibility. I agree we compare ourselves to others and Jordan Peterson is great to teach young men to 'compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not other people'. I think I should revisit his lectures online to fight back against the self-defeating mentality in my head. Thank you.

It sucks to be a sucker. Getting robbed isn't a cool experience, nor does it even give me an interesting story to tell. It's like when it rains it pours. I think training how to fight is a great hobby not even for the practicality of it, but just for the confidence factor. I think humans like to have the idea that they have control over their lives and scenarios in their lives and don't like to feel like a potential target when walking home at night. I think training self-defence contributes to …

Very eloquently written. I can hear the sincerity in your words. As silly as it sounds I think the encouragement I get from others is the best help I can get because like you said right now my brain is telling me that I've fallen into a Sisyphus trap.

You are absolutely right. I feel disenfranchised as an aspiring young professional but I fell off course after a series of contract jobs and periods of unemployment. I have friends who are programmers and becoming doctors and have so much to look forward to that when I experience misfortune it just validates my self sorrow. Thank you

My doc told me he won't give a reference for a vasectomy to a 26 year old who hasn't had any kids yet. He only gives references to older men who have already had kids and don't want anymore. What gives

I feel better at night. When things are quiet. But yea these fuckheads like to think people with low energy eat Cheetos and jerk off all day.

I've thought about this. Are all the people who subscribe to TRP just beta males who got burnt, got discouraged, and then have been self sabotaging themselves (which seems to be the norm in the media: ex: lack of self control) ?

I saw a guy today driving a luxury car with a custom license plate that said 'CASH...' and something in me just makes me hate arrogant dudes like that. Please tell me if my mindset is wrong but I feel like these flashy dudes who flaunt and floss are shitting on every other guy out there. Like I congratulate you on your success and I wish the best for everyone but at the same time I feel some hatred towards guys like that. Guys like that make me want to be more humble but I don't know how to answ…

That's incredible! What is the focus of your non-profit? That's something I've actually wanted to do. Congrats btw those are all very impressive accomplishments including the age of your dog! His water bowl must be the fountain of youth :P

Getting a dog as a companion sounds like such a great idea. A reason to go jogging everyday and a reason to go into nature just to watch that fur ball fetch those sticks. May I ask what you took when you went back to school?

These programs keep popping up in job descriptions. I did some research and apparently I can take free courses to learn these online! Thanks brother.

Motivating! I realize I fell off and that is the first step to recovery. I find that I can be the most depressed guy, the most shy, and unworthy of approaching women all until I do something that I feel is benefitting people. I used to volunteer, but also just giving my seat to an old lady on the bus makes me feel alive (and useful) and then I feel like I am worth something. My goal is to get some experience working at some type of social service Non-Profit. I'd like to learn business and start …

You're right. I 'man-ed up' and saw my school's counsellor and she told me the same thing. I didn't realize I needed so much reassurance :S thank guy

Maybe we should get into the trades? What were you thinking as an alternative?

These are the simple type questions nobody asked me growing up. If I could go back again I would take business. I don't know why I am so indecisive. I am 25 years old and I live at home I took sociology. Most people go to law school but I don't have the grades nor the patience for law school. What field would you suggest? btw I live in Canada

We certainly are not all on the same page in society, or in the world. Imagine if we all went to work with the goal of wiping out human pain? War, poverty, disease, etc... But instead, there are a lot of people who know they are apart of something that doesn't contribute positively. Some have no choice. But the least we can do is share our knowledge and be able to take our fair share to survive and be as much value as we can to others. This society is a small example of that.

Thank you for the reply brother. Yea I really wanted to make sure that I emphasize that I am not putting the blame on anybody and am taking on the full responsibility. This is the beauty of 'red pill' philosophy and lifestyle that I really appreciate. I hear you on not having kids and I totally agree. I believe my best bet is to go back to school and take something serious. It just hurts to know that I fell into the systematic labyrinth of how a guy with good intentions can become defeated. Typi…

stay up on current events, do things you may not normally do, do new and exciting things every once in a while, watch a new movie or documentary once a week. Doing things like this can greatly improve your social skills. Over time you will know more about various things, maybe just enough to hold conversations with anybody.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
