While it is incorrect that 54% were not from Queensland or provided a false postal code (it was 54 people so only 6%), the remaining 3 statements are correct. Especially the beginning of the Appendix 3 is quite interesting as they state multiple times that: Administration of the survey did not include a deliberate sampling strategy.
