I'm not one to call bs much on trp stuff, but clearly that's just not true. You might have only experienced instances where women have made up their minds instantaneously about you, but not much, especially something as convoluted and unpredictably erratic as a woman's mind is so hyperbolic, absolute and without exception.

Can you link to where Chomsky talks about the Ferguson situation? Genuinely curious.

Sure that's how it will work most of the time when you are clearly better looking than her she will decide in the first 10 seconds she's down and vice versa when she is way better looking than you. But in lots of cases where you are pursuing a girl in the "same league" as you and you're not quite attractive physically enough to clearly seal the deal in 10 seconds, but you're not unattractive enough to be out of the picture in the first 10 seconds either, what then?

I like this post because I usually assumed being upfront meant not using vaguer terms like "hanging out" or "grab dinner"/"go bar hopping" etc, but I think you are right in that it's less of a pedantic rule and more of an air of interest you have to convey. She would have refused a date because you didn't excite her sexually from the start, as we say, 'give her the tingles'. So yeah, if you fail to do that, then of course being upfront won't work. But, the good thing is, you get to move on, eval…

I think PMing the specific user has always been more successful (and now the only way on AskReddit at least) to point them to the sub.

One of my cousins agreed to an open "marriage". The fact that these faggots identify as men angers me to no end. They aren't men. They are emasculated pussies. Well to be fair, if the man is certain he can get as much sex as the woman when the marriage opens up, I don't see any problem. In fact, the best way to always have the other person, regardless of gender come crying back about the whole agreement is blindsiding him/her by the sheer amount of sex you can get and demonstrating that you have…

Is this definitely a maxim? I have personally had girls in my life have completely turned 180 degrees after something big happened in my life and I drastically increased my value by being accepted to a prestigious college or getting a really good job right out of undergrad just as few concrete examples. But ya, I agree that if possible, it's probably best to start fresh, but I don't think it is completely mandatory. Girls change minds if you were at least in the "maybe" level on their scale and …

I don't think she can throw him in jail or do any non-financial damage. The case they brought against him is a civil one, not a criminal one (read: Because they want money and don't have enough proof for criminal trial).

I understand and respect your input, I just don't agree with your final point. The very thing that you're telling me "every man" experiences hasn't been experienced by me. I have not had all the women I have met in my life decide to fuck me or not in the first 10 seconds and stick to that forever.

I have the physique down. How exactly can your attitude be an immediate source of attraction? Your personality is essentially tied to the part of you that takes longer than a quick glance and 1-3 minute conversation to understand, isn't it? Things don't work out like pick up videos in real life. At least not most of the time. What I'm struggling with is that the girls I'm attracted to might not think I'm good looking enough to want to immediately date me at a quick glance. I need to do something…

So I should not invite girls out to hang with my friends and I? Only invites to hang out 1 on 1, at least at first?

What do you think "asking her for a date" would require? Does it require the use of the specific word date or can/should it be more vague? That's essentially the crux of my question.
/r/askTRP

By upfront, I mean when asking them to see you for the first time, if you should make it clear that it is a date/that you are interested to be more than just friends. Would that really sound desperate and be offensive to her? Even TRP says that being clear about your intentions first is a good idea. EDIT: This thread is a good example of what I see show up on TRP all the time and the recommend course of action: https://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/2wvdh1/life_isnt_a_fucking_movie_so_stat…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
